They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. It offers spectacular mountain views, tropical gardens with BBQ facilities and charming wooden bungalows. Oliver was so accommodating. Loved using the fireplace in our 2 BR Apartment for the chilly nights . Breakfasts were delicious, and the location - idyllic!

Great room, excellent service upon arrival, great breakfast. Upon arrival, the staff put effort into explaining how to use our limited tame best to our possibilities, and they made our stay in Banos very comfortable. Room as advertised, but a bit better :)

The location is ideal, as Baños is a party city and gets real loud. We were able to sleep soundly while being only a 10 minute walk from literally everything. The showers are super hot, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is great. The real star of the show though, is Joanna. She was incredibly attentive, wanted us to have the best possible time while visiting, and was so so kind. She helped us check in early since we had an overnight bus, and was always available if we needed anything. She is the reason I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone.

Spa Hosteria Miramelindo is 150 metres from Pailon Devil Cascade and a 20-minute drive from Tungurahua volcano and Llanganates and Sangay national parks. We loved our stay at this stunning and creatively designed hotel. Every corner was full of artistic charm, and the atmosphere was truly inspiring. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.
