Les chambres sont propres, j étais cote rue qui était pas très passante du coup pas de bruits de klaxonner. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable, et attentif pour que votre séjour se passent dans les meilleurs conditions Je recommande

Le hostel était plus que parfait. Il dégage une énergie très positive, et il m’a fait encore plus aimer l’Égypte — même si je l’adore déjà. On se sent à la fois dans une maison ancienne et très moderne, avec une architecture merveilleuse. Les lits des dortoirs sont très confortables. Les gens sont très sympathiques. Tout était parfait, je recommande vraiment !

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Youssef qui nous a facilité les transferts de taxi et balade à cheval. La proximité du site (en face des pyramides on ne peut pas faire plus près et à 5min en voiture du nouveau musée) et la vue du rooftop. Les chambres spacieuses avec clim. Idéale pour passer un séjour à Giza

Hotel staff were wonderful & very attentive, kind & friendly. View from Top Roof of the pyramids was perfect. Room was simple & clean with plenty of complimentary bottled water. Complementary breakfast on the rooftop (dinner restaurant in the same place). The food was great & the wait staff took care of you ! ALL staff of Pyramids On The Spot was excellent!! If I get to come back I will gladly stay here again, thank you all :-)

Waleed was an exceptional host I have never experienced anything like this when travelling. You don't feel like you're staying in a hotel but as a guest of Waleed. No matter what wishes you have, he will make them possible. In addition to private tours to the pyramids, he knows every insider tip and every good restaurant. The hospitality is unrivalled - you will never want to leave. The room itself is well equipped and has a balcony with a direct view of the pyramids, I doubt there is a better one. If you want to enjoy breathtaking moments, you can go up to the roof and look down on the illuminated pyramids both during the day and at night. I can recommend the accommodation without reservation. L’établissement Heaven Hostel se trouve au Caire, à respectivement 1 km et 1,4 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Place Tahrir et Musée égyptien du Caire. I decided to book this hostel because it looks neat, clean and location is in the center, near the Egyptian Museum. We stayed here only 2 nights, separately 1st and last night in Egypt. They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. They also offers laundry service in good price. Furthermore, you can book private trip through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time. Thanks to the owner Abdo, his brother and everyone else at the hostel - I had an amazing stay in Egypt.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Marwan — he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The value for money was excellent, and the hotel had all the facilities we needed. The entire staff was friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la gentillesse de cette famille Egyptienne qui est aux petits soins, leurs conseils et leur aide pour les choses du quotidien. Nous avons adoré le roof top avec sa vue incroyable sur les pyramides. La proximité des pyramides et du sphinx tout en étant dans une petite rue tranquille. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.
