They also have amazing communal spaces like in a hostel. There is a co-working space, a rooftop pool, and a kitchen. I would come back again anytime.

It is situated 700 metres from Odeum of Herodes Atticus and features a lift. The property is 300 metres from Acropolis Museum, and within 1.4 km of the city centre. This accomodation is very good. Perfect location. Near to the center for tourists (10min walk). We had a car and within 10min walk multiple garages for car (24h for 10-25euros), but also free parking on street if you find any place in this part of town. The staff was extremly friendly and helpfull. The apartment beautiful and quite and well equipped. I have no complains. Even the balkony was huge for a city center apartment.

We stayed at The Modernist Athens for our last night in the city, and it was such a beautiful experience. The hotel has a very modern style design, and everything felt clean, classy, and stylish. Our Large Room was spacious and came with two balconies – such a treat! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept the room perfectly cool (very fast as well). I enjoyed the views from our balcony. The location is fantastic – right next to a lovely park, close to several embassies, boutiques, restaurants, and cafe’s. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful – a great way to start the day. The shower and bathroom in general was perfect and overall, the stay felt like a chic little retreat in the heart of Athens. It was honestly the perfect way to wrap up our two-week trip in Greece. All in all, though, it was a stylish, and comfortable stay – I’d happily return!
