Very friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful rooms, and overall interior. Beautiful view. Central location in a quaint village.

The location is 1/2 block from the sea; the studio was clean, well-furnished, beautifully updated and smelled great; the amenities were perfect, and the terrace is larger than some hotel rooms!

I had a wonderful stay in Ioannina! The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city (aprox. 2 km by car until city centre). I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which can be used to prepare meals. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished, with air conditioning, a private bathroom with towels, shower gel, and slippers. Little touches like cotton swabs, free bottled water, candy, baklava, coffee, jam, and bread were a delightful surprise and made me feel very welcome. Communication with the host was excellent – Grigorios and his mother were very responsive and even provided a refill of sweets on one of the days, which was a lovely gesture!
