Nice boulevard to take a stroll next to the beach to go to Mastichari, which is just a 10 minute walk. Also very close to the airport (but without the noise), so you can leave at the very last minute. Very nice pool with sea view, also nice to spot the beautiful sunset. Very clean, comfortable rooms. We got a personal welcome from the owner of the hotel who was very friendly. Our room got upgraded to a room with front sea view. We also got a nice present when we checked out. If we ever come back to Kos, this is the hotel we will stay at!

Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. The view from the patio is unreal, a little slice of heaven. We were a little early in the season so there were some works still ongoing in the vicinity but it was still a great experience to wake up every morning to the beautiful sea views. Emmanuel our host could not have been more accommodating to us, I made an error on our booking but he ensured it did not have any impact on our stay and he was more than obliging to any extra requests we made. A superb host. The apartment was modern, clean, a short walk to bars/restaurants/shops and had all the facilities we required for our stay.

Kochylari Apartments, a property with a bar, is situated in Kefalos, 700 metres from Kohilari Beach, 14 km from Mill of Antimachia, as well as 19 km from Antimachia Castle. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Excellent position, first line to the sea and direct access to beach; room really comfortable and with adequate space for two people. Beds are excellent, as well as all room furniture that is looking new and functional. Bathroom is also right sized for one person, shower is great, big and with water temperature easily adjustable and always constant. balcony with seaview, where have morning breakfast and chill at evening, is just perfect.

Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.
