The location is superb – just a 5–8 minute walk to two of the island’s beautiful beaches, yet perfectly quiet and peaceful. Restaurants and cafés at the main port are only about 10 minutes away on foot, making it both convenient and serene. We booked the two-bedroom executive suite, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated with a lovely Mediterranean flair. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the private terrace offered a breathtaking 180-degree sea view – a highlight of our stay. The management and staff deserve special praise. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout. From arranging complimentary ferry port transfers to even lending us a phone charger for the entire stay, every detail was handled with warmth and professionalism. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – and we’ll definitely be coming back!

A nice cafe and bakery was just a few steps away so it was easy to have breakfast there. The host Michalis was very helpful and helped us with our luggage.

We had the fortune of being the first guests at Villa Baldin and what an unforgettable experience it was. We were welcomed with a basket full of their own fresh produce, which tasted delicious. The property is immaculate and made with a lot of attention to detail and impeccable taste. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is sleek and is equipped with everything you could imagine. The view over chochlakoura cove is to die for - also at night when the stars come out. Crystal clear waters that you can comfortably access through the private beach. Tommaso is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. All in all, Villa Baldin for us was like paradise, we will definitely be back!

Lipsi is a wonderful island and Villakia Katerina is a perfect place to enjoy Lipsi. All new, clean, nicely rinovated, Two large rooms, a nice living room with kitchen and a wonderful patio where to eat and relax. The garden is very, very nice with a lot of different plants. We loved the jasmine and its scent! The place is at walking distance from the village and it allows to fully deep dive in Lipsi relaxing countryside atmosphere.
