The home is brand new, very clean and comfortable, just what we needed after a whole day on the road. Even though it was 38C outside, the AC was working wonderful and we slept like babies.

If it were possible, I'd rate it 15 out of 10. The cleanliness was impeccable, the setting was stunning, and the kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. I only wish I'd booked for more time, but I'll certainly be back!

In the kitchen there are snacks , no matter when guests arrive at B&B. There is a lovely little backyard where guests can have a cup of coffee or children can play. Porto Viro is a cute little town with some excellent restaurants and small shops. The stay exceeded our expectations.

The farm stay also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Excellent experience. The hosts were very welcoming and the guy spoke English quite fluently. The Kitchen was very well stocked and the room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked well and they do offer some free breakfast (Coffee, tea, Milk, juice, pre-packaged pastries) even though I believe it wasn't mentioned on Booking. Additionally the room had some water and delicious chocolate chip cookies as a welcoming gift.
