I really felt they cared about me and wanted the best for me. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities excellent. Location is very central, close to lots of great restaurants and shops. Fantastic value for money.

In my opinion Nepalaya Home Hostel is one of the best budget accommodations in Kathmandu. it's clean, pleasant, and offers excellent value for money What genuinely distinguishes it is the amazing hospitality, particularly of Amrit the hard work guy always smiling and always provide problem solving ideas for guests.  His warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and genuine concern for guests make you feel right at home. He never fails to be willing to help, whether you need travel advice or simply want to talk everyone becomes friends so fast with him . This hostel is an excellent alternative for budget tourists due to its pleasant environment, friendly environment and convenient location. Highly recommended!

Situé à Dhulikhel, l’établissement Namaste Home Stay possède un jardin, une terrasse, un restaurant et un bar. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez cette adorable famille népalaise où Eva nous a très bien accueilli. C’est une vraie bulle de tranquillité au milieu des montagnes verdoyantes, et des locaux très sympathiques. . Il y a également une jolie vue sur le monastère qui est à 20-25 min à pieds. La chambre est simple mais propre et avec une superbe vue. Et les repas sont faits maisons (même le pain !) et tout est vraiment délicieux.

I chose this homestay based on previous comments and they were not lying. You couldn’t hope for a better host than Navin. He doesn’t do it for business but for the pleasure to welcome and share his culture, and you can trully feel it. I got to spend 3 dinners with his family, he showed me his yoga/meditation routine and he took me with him for all the prayers/ceremony in the early morning (+many teas and talks). All of that in just one day! The homestay is PERFECTLY located, there is a rooftop and hot shower. The dorm is quite small but beds are comfy, with curtains, own fan and power socket. If you want to expérience the local life, you have your place.

This is not my first time here. It is a quaint, intimate hotel with a very attentive, kind and friendly staff. The service is personalized but not obtrusive. Much care is taken in the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Rooms and bathrooms have always been very clean at check-in. The menu is varied and the dishes are prepared to order, always fresh. The WiFi is strong; I've never had problems connecting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I definitely plan to stay here again!
