The location is great, only 10 min walk from the souq and the fort. The pool is perfect to refresh after a day exploring the area. The host was very nice giving us tips and a goodbye gift. Note that the host is managing a hotel around the corner, this house is completely separated but in case of issue you can go to the hotel reception

The property had everything I was looking for. It was all very new and clean as it’s only been open a short while. In a very peaceful and Quiet location, yet only a short walk (10-15 mins) from Nizwa fort and the souk. Very comfortable room with aircon and breakfast (including GOOD coffee). And very friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one. The manager provided also a very reasonably priced shuttle service to and from the airport. As if all that was not enough, the rooms are spread out in gardens with lots of shade, so it doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. Oh, and There’s also a pool and a roof terrace. And a small coffee shop!

This place is absolutely amazing! The hotel is set in an old house, giving you the authentic feeling of being in a traditional village. The charm and character of the place make it a unique experience. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure you feel right at home. He's also in the process of upgrading the hotel to make it even more comfortable for guests. Walking through the old village of Nazawa feels like stepping into a different time, with every corner telling a story. A truly memorable stay—I can't wait to return!
