My stay at Rove JBR was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Eliza at reception and the General Manager for their warm hospitality. We arrived before check-in time and, since my son was sleeping, they kindly allowed us to enter our room early. Check-in was incredibly fast and smooth. The hotel’s location is perfect for families. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast and dinner, and the staff are highly professional. Everything you might need is nearby – supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, beaches, and kids’ play areas. I truly felt at home here, and this will definitely not be my last visit!

Great location for a 2 night stopover as so close to the airport. As we have previously lived in Dubai, we didn't need to be near the tourist spots, so this area was perfect for us. Staff were all lovely and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Bonus was having access to the lagoon - get there early to get a sunbed! It's an area that is still under construction, so there is a bit of noise, but nothing that impacted our stay. There is a walk along the creek you can do that has stunning views looking back towards the centre of Dubai, especially at sunset.

- amazing service from everyone at the hotel including the front desk, the cleaning staff and valet station outside. Everyone was kind and always ready to help. We really appreciate everyone for the exceptional work they are doing to provide guests with the best possible service. - The apartment was exceptionally clean and organized. It was cleaned every day and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. - The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals in the apartment if needed. Everything listed in the booking was provided in the apartment (hairdryer, iron, cosmetics). - The location was great. It was a short car ride to most places in the city, but also quiet enough to rest peacefully. The view from the rooms and the balcony was amazing.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. I can confidently say that this hotel offers an experience like no other. The staff are truly exceptional. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendly and professional demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Special thanks to the front desk (sorry can't remember the lady name) who although it was early morning when I arrived (4.00 a.m.) she was so smiley and welcoming and made check in so smooth and quick😊 especially thanx for the great view of the room 🤗 and also thank you @Timothy for being so considerate always. The room have simply magnificent view. The moment I stepped into my room, I was immediately struck by its view and impeccable cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions and landmarks. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay. I cannot wait to return to Gevora hotel for another incredible experience in the future.

    When I arrived at the facility to check in it was already 11pm. And to make it worse, my credit card did not function because the system of my bank was down the officer on duty Mr Abbas, who is from Uzbekistan did all he can to help us check in , not even frowning . He patiently made up for us a special link that can be clicked to pay online. This was eventually successful and we managed to check in by 12 midnight. I am indebted to Mr Abbas's kindness to help us. Mr Abbas not only bear with me with the payment problem, but once that was resolved..he issued the room keys and personally escorted us up to our rooms. He didn't have to do that. If the Address Downtown Hotel Management is reading this feedback, you have a super valuable personnel in your team and if you want to consider anyone for promotion, please consider Mr Abbas. Me and my family are super indebted to him on how he helped solved our problem.

    We had a fabulous member of staff from Myanmar I believe his name was Ran/Ren check us in. He started our stay off tremendously with an upgrade. In fact the whole of the staff we encountered at this fabulous hotel were super efficient, professional and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with egg station (staff again efficient, knew where we were sitting without the need to give table number) Beach crew were excellent coming around with cooling cucumbers and water sprays (weather was extremely hot) moving umbrellas topping up ice in the buckets. Overall I believe apart from the lovely suite and facilities its the staff at this hotel which take it up another level from the moment your car pulls up. Would highly recommend a stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We booked the standard room with sea view which opened up perfect views from the 6th floor apartment and balcony to jbr beach, the dubai ferris wheel with a beautiful light show every evening. exceptional friendly hotel staff, always ready to help and inform. great breakfast. location in dubai marina is also fantasic, close to restaurants and entertainment and easy to reach with metro and taxi. there is also a pub, an italien and a japanese restaurant located directly in the hotel. pool and spa is also fantastic, clean and well taken care of.

I loved the decor with local cultural elements, is a modern-style arabic and very elegant and warm. The staff is really kind and friendly, they go above and beyond and are always smiling.     Great Vacation with excursions throughout Dubai and a Desert Safari. Easy to get around by Taxi but Traffic is very Busy during certain times of the Day. Bus provided by Hotel to visit the Dubai Outlet Mall was a bonus.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

    Spoke to many locals asking them about their stay and experiences of Dubai and the answers were that they love Dubai and Dubai is their home away from home. This is the city of progress and with many possibilities. You can flourish here if you have the right attitude.

    It's really a great place. Not my first time.

    It's really a great place. Not my first time. Definitely not the last. Too many places to visit. (Burj Khalifa, desert safari, city tour, museum of the future, the frame, etc). Good food ( we love the street restuarants). People are really kind. More than enough places to shop. Everything is well organized.
