Hotel istelf! Interior and exterior. Swimming pool on the roof, view from pool as well from room is to valley, absolutely amazing! Staff! Staff, all staff, reception - manager and her assistants, kitchen - breakfast, restaurant personell - all them is on the right place and they are professionals in this. Everything is excellent managed, they all work as one team. They also were able to give useful reccomendations about activities outside and detailed weather forecast - for better choice to choose location for mountains hiking without clouds. Everything was great. Also there is lovely restaurants nearby and access to mountain lifts are in 10 minutes slow walking (summer time).

Seriously you can’t find anything better than this. Modern and new rooms with comfy beds, huge TV (has to be 60 inch +), not ordinary shower. Breakfast was good but what impressed me most was toilets which instead of dryer or paper towels had regular small towels nicely rolled.

Such a cool hotel! Would highly recommend. Beautiful crisp, clean and modern interiors, comfortable beds, balconies overlooking the garden, a sizeable shower, and an unbeatable breakfast - by far the best one on our trip through Europe! We recently stayed at Burkblick and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is truly stunning, with breathtaking views of the nearby mountains, village, and castle. The breakfast options were also top-notch, with a great selection of fresh and tasty foods, including plenty of fresh fruit. The hotel room was very modern, yet still in keeping with the local style, and we appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. The bed was especially cozy and made for a great night's sleep. Finally, we have to say that the staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. They were very welcoming and friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the area.

    Absolutely amazing hotel with staff that made the stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome (though we were later than expected due to weather), to the personal and individual service though there were two large functions at the same time during our stay. The staff made us feel at ease and comfortable, and always made us feel like they had time for us. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. The food was delicious with many options to choose from for all meals. The spa and pool were very well maintained and clean, with very professional massage services. The work rooms were great with good sound proofing, multiple plugs for charging and very comfortable chairs. The small details in everything, to ensure comfort for the guest, were very well thought out!

    A beautiful villa on the very shore of the lake. An incredible experience and a positive breath of some other, old times while experiencing the feeling of charm and luxury from 140 years ago. An excellent and varied breakfast for which you need to set aside at least an hour with beautiful view to truly enjoy it, of course with the inevitable glass of cold champagne. Special praise to the managers in the restaurant: the great and experienced Darko (an example of what a restaurant manager should be) and the beautiful and perfectly professional Silvia. I also must not forget Claudia who runs the reception, great and focused, always ready for professional advice.

Even though it’s a very big resort, we felt very private and well taken care of. the service team at Vaya does an outstanding job, I’ve never seen such a well organized place.     Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

At a 10-minutes walk of the Natrun cable lift which is offered when staying in the hotel which allows you to go up as much as you want to admire the beautiful nature.

Would advise when booking accommodation that you book somewhere that includes the summer card as this gives you free access to all the gondolas in the area and free travel on local buses and trains plus discounted entry to many activities and saves you a lot of money.

    The perfect Zillertal base — charming, active, and full of alpine character. Mayrhofen is a gem in the heart of the Zillertal Alps — both lively and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. My favorite spot in town was the central square with the iconic ibex statue and the beautiful alpine church, perfect for soaking in the mountain vibe. I enjoyed traditional Tyrolean meals at local guesthouses, and the hut-style restaurants in the surrounding mountains are worth the hike. Breakfast at my hotel was exceptional, and the Zillertal beer is a must-try after a long day outdoors. Getting around is easy — everything in town is walkable, and the Zillertalbahn train makes exploring the valley simple. For solo travelers like me, Mayrhofen is ideal: scenic hiking trails start right from town, there’s an excellent pool & spa complex (Erlebnisbad), and plenty of cafés and beer gardens to meet people or just relax. Whether you’re here for a few days or as a base for adventures like the Berliner Höhenweg, Mayrhofen delivers both comfort and authentic alpine atmosphere.

    We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

    Our stay in Sölden was delightful, with our hotel perfectly located near the ski lift. The phenomenal après-ski, especially at Giggijoch summit on Friday, made our visit thoroughly enjoyable and extra fun.

    A very beautiful destination, we were alone on the mountain ridges most of the time. We would definitely like to return. For swimming, we recommend the lake in Zell am See rather than the local swimming pool, which is quite small and completely crowded.

    Close to Bregenz and Bodensee (Lake Constance), perfect location to explore the region without moving your car. Our hotel provided Voralberg card during our stay, so buses/trains are free. Wide selection of nice restaurants are in the centre.
