The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the traditional dinners served at the in-house restaurant really added to the authentic alpine experience. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the brand new sauna, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking. We also had tons of fun trying out the German-style bowling (kegelbahn) in the basement - a unique and entertaining addition to the hotel's amenities. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore the stunning surrounding mountains. This pleasant hotel is located in the centre, right next to the River Ybbs. Our room was a spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and with nice view of the river. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the coffee was delicious. The owner lady, Katrin was very kind and helpful, We had a great time, thank you for the hospitality, we will come back again.

I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.
