Excellent room. Spotless, well organized, modern, comfortable, new. We didn’t know there was also a gym and sauna at the property too! A pleasant surprise. There is also a a fresh milk vending machine across the street from the local farmer. Wow!

The staff is just amazing! They have big hearts and always ready to help the guests. I already miss the staffs who say HELLO to you with warm hearts. Linda was superb with the help of making reservations of my train which was a little complicated for me as foreigners. Furthermore, the breakfast is incredibly beautiful and the healthy ingredients are all from the regional farmers! I really liked being at the beautiful Cafe where they serve breakfast. :) Visiting Innsbruck again, I'd definitely come back the hotel!

Besides being super close to the station, it was a beautiful space! The room was amazing and super comfortable, even in the 3rd floor you have a great view. It was a shame we only stayed 1 night and we didn’t have time to go to the 13th floor bar.

    I stayed at this hotel and my experience was truly positive. From the very first moment I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always ready to give advice and to respond to every request with a smile. The property is beautiful and well maintained, in a convenient location that makes it easy to get around and reach everything you need without difficulty. My room was comfortable, with a lovely view that made the stay even more pleasant. One aspect I found particularly useful was the kitchen area available for guests: having access to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a vending machine was a real plus, especially for those who like to organize themselves independently. The services in general fully met my expectations and made the stay both practical and relaxing. We will be back for sure. Mariana & Cristina

    It is a magnificent hotel, quite large rooms. There is a very big kitchen, refrigerators and freezer on the floors. The breakfast is very good, we liked the hot boiled egg with feta cheese the most. They allowed us to check in early. The location is super, there is a bus stop at 20 meters .The lady I think is the owner or manager of the hotel is very helpful and very hospitable. Special thanks to Stuzana at the reception. She patiently answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Finally, we think this hotel should have a score of 10. Definitely going to Innsbruck again next year. We will come and stay in this hotel.

    The Hotel's location was so conveniently situated, walking distance between the main train stations and the City Center. Even if you need to take trams or buses, the Hotel provided us with the Transportation card for free during our stay. The room was bigger than most rooms in Europe and although there wasn't any kettle, you can just go down to the Lobby to get yr water. Breakfast spread was really good. The staff namely Jasmine, Stefi and Mara were very warm, friendly and attentive. I will strongly recommend this hotel to those who plan to visit Innsbruck.

    The hotel’s right on the edge of the city, next to a mall, and super easy to get to from the highway. The hotel gave us public transport cards, which was really nice. There’s a bus stop literally right in front. The room was big, clean, and warm. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast was great, with tons of food options. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the city noise, this is a great choice.

    The hotel gives the welcome card which is great for free transport. I bought the Innsbruck card as I wanted to do as much as possible and it was well worth the money, several options available and getting it online and onto my phone was very quick and easy. Innsbruck and surrounding villages have so much to offer in so many ways, it’s a great destination with excellent transport links

    Perfect place and wonderful hosts. A quiet and peaceful place off the beaten track, perfect for relaxing from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is new and clean, well-equipped. I definitely recommend it.
