I loved the beauty of Innsbruck and the friendly, kind locals. There was a wine festival and the atmosphere was wonderful with local musicians dressed in Tyrolean outfits and playing delightful music. The shops were great with many beautiful, well-made things to buy. It was delightful to walk into the old town by the river and the water was a gorgeous teal colour. Also drinking water is very pure and does not have fluoride which was a bonus. I was so taken with Innsbruck that I can’t wait to return.Guest review bySandraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far from the truth. On booking.com pictures of a modern facility are shown but once you are there they will allocate you in rooms in the old property (nothing like the one on the picture)!!! It is far from a four star facility, it seems more like a youth hostel: Room temperature was 28 degrees (no A.C - upon complaint we were advised by the hotel staff to sleep with open windows) there were hairs on the bed, floor and side table. Most of breakfast items were out by 8 so try to have breakfast before 8!! I will definitely never stay in this property again because it is a waste of money.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

It was wonderful stay. The small old town was beautiful just in the middle of the valley all around beautiful mountain. Our stay was located in the old part of the city. Like 5 minutes by car you have "new town" with shops and markets. Close range by walk or by car for beautiful hikes. This views, the panorama all around... I love this place and I would like to come here again for sure. When you wake up and go to the balcony you will see breathtaking panorama of the alpen. The stuff is really nice and helpful. Food was good at their restaurant and not expensive. All other hotels were closed and no too much to do in the town either. Pity , it is a small village. We were cheated because we have not received the room as shown on bookingcom Personal at reception desk were rude and unpolite. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think there was AC or perhaps it was just that the ambient was comfortable. The hotel is well suited for travelers , near highway. The only negative was that there is not adequate parking near the hotel, their adverts suggested otherwise. We arrived at eight PM on a Saturday night and their restaurant was completely booked so we had to eat at a near by Italian restaurant -Pronto. Very good meal and excellent service. Ebbs is perfectly located for day trips to Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. We discovered Thiersee, with suggestion from the hotel, and had an amazing experience tobogganing down the snow slope onto the frozen lake. Worgl is an amazing little city in Austria!
Worgl is an amazing little city in Austria! Its very close to ski resorts and places for night sledding. They have good food too with the only issue of restaurants closing early ( i think its due to COVID) . The town is very easy to get around if you essentially find the two-three main streets. Unexpected great discovery.
Unexpected great discovery. Visited in August and had an amazing experience, walking around the city and exploring nature around. Came by car from Luxembourg, roads were great, and not extremely busy. There are many hiking and biking trails with different degrees of difficulty just around the city, if traveling with small children, elder people or just don’t feel like walking up to the mountains, take the Nordkettenbahnen cable car from the city centre (c. 50 euros to the top), totally worth it. For some cultural activity, I recommend trying the Ambras castle. Just walking around the city and interacting with people was a great experience.Guest review byInmaSpain
