It’s a very comfortable room and we had a double aspect and balcony which was lovely to admire the view of the mountains. The staff were exceptional in making our stay with them the best it could be. The food is exceptional and I highly encourage booking half board as you will not regret it. The breakfast is varied for all diets and the quality of ingredients is extremely good. If staying for dinner you will get a menu at breakfast for dinner with 4 choices of main dinner. The choice of buffet starter is delicious and then there is always a soup choice too. I absolutely loved the soups such as tomato consommé. Then the main dinners and desserts are excellent, I honestly cannot speak highly enough about how great the restaurant is, the creativity of the dishes, flavours and presentation are exceptional. Dishes such as the dessert of lingonberry pancakes with sour ice and local wild blueberries had us talking how delicious it was several times the next day! Then other thoughtful touches like a daily MorganPost newsletter giving weather predictions, hiking routes and things to do as well as offers from the spa were really appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. The quality of everything from the amenities, the cleanliness, the staff and restaurant are excellent. We had to leave to get our flight before breakfast started and this came up just by chance in a conversation and we were immediately invited to the restaurant thirty minutes early so as not to miss out on breakfast before our journey. The location is fantastic — quiet, safe, and only about a 5-minute walk to the charming town center. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Alpine charm with modern comfort. My room was sparkling clean, with an incredible view of the mountains — a truly peaceful setting. The resort offers excellent facilities. The spa area is spacious and well thought out, with indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, and a clear separation between adult-only and family areas, which makes it relaxing for all types of guests. There’s also a games room, multiple bars with snack menus, and a huge restaurant that’s very well run. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet — not only was it delicious and varied, but many of the options were locally sourced, which I really appreciated. You could easily enjoy a different kind of breakfast every day. The staff were very welcoming and professional, adding to the warm atmosphere of the resort. Overall, Alpenpark Resort Superior offers a perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and excellent service in a beautiful Alpine setting. Fantastic hotel with striking views from every room. Rooms are spacious, clean, beautifully designed and have everything you need. Rich breakfast with plenty of options, juice bar, fresh orange juice and a wide selection of freshly baked bread. The spa area is of course the star of the show with an amazing pool with an outdoor section that is warm enough for you to enjoy even if it's snowing outside. Several saunas both dry and wet and an outdoor hot tub. The area never felt overcrowded and was always kept clean and organized. Consider coming by car (the first visit we came via train and taxi) since the hotel is located in Mosern which barely has any restaurants or cafes and it's a 10-minute drive to Seefeld. Busses to Seefeld are infrequent and taxis can get pricey. They have a great dinner option if you don't want to go out to Seefeld. If you decide to get there with a car they got free parking, which always had a few spots for us to park. We can't wait to get back there again!Guest review byYanayIsrael

Pertisau is the location for the (fictional) Chalet School (the first book, The School at the Chalet, was published 100 years ago in 1925), so anyone who has read the books will find it instantly recognisable, even today. Even without that link, the Achensee is a wonderful base in which to spend time in the Austrian alps, with plenty to do and see in summer. Loved walking the Parish Trail (Pfarrerbichl) with scenic views of the town and lake (and religious interest if so inclined). Nanni’s had a delicious goulash & apple strudel; Cafe Nouveau had a spicier goulash, even better! Batzenhäus had great local food. Reith by Seefeld and the surrounding is a magical place with beatiful nature, scenery and a smile on the locals face. We came with our 2 young daugthers and we found the place fit to our needs. Have been is Seefeld 3 times until now, twice in winter and once is summer. Excellent place for vacation or short stay. Hotels and facilities are modern, mainly built in 1960's for Innsbruck Olympics. Seefeld has cross-country skiing and big warm open pool if compare to other surrounding resorts.
