We had a half-board booking which we highly recommend as the food was exquisite and varied over the week we stayed there. You don't really have much energy left to prepare your own meals after a whole day of skiing. So, the dinner offering of salad bar, warming soups, refined main course and those famed Austrian desserts were an absolute treat. Based on the quality of the food (including a great selection for breakfast), I would say that the overall value for money of the food is outstanding. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and we built a lovely report with everyone over the week. Our superior double room was spacious and in excellent condition. The bathroom was very modern, clean and had a great shower. The hotel is situated a short walk (albeit uphill) to the bottom of the Rosshutte bergbahnen talstation in a quiet area of Seefeld. The games room, conveniently in the basement where our loud teens could be as loud as they wanted to be without disturbing anyone (!) was a great way for our family to spend further quality time together in the evenings; playing tournaments of ping pong, billiards, table football, etc. As if this was not enough, the hotel's spa is an excellent serene space to unwind and heal the body and mind after a long day on the slopes.

    I had a wonderful stay at Alpenpark Resort Superior. The location is fantastic — quiet, safe, and only about a 5-minute walk to the charming town center. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending Alpine charm with modern comfort. My room was sparkling clean, with an incredible view of the mountains — a truly peaceful setting. The resort offers excellent facilities. The spa area is spacious and well thought out, with indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, and a clear separation between adult-only and family areas, which makes it relaxing for all types of guests. There’s also a games room, multiple bars with snack menus, and a huge restaurant that’s very well run. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast buffet — not only was it delicious and varied, but many of the options were locally sourced, which I really appreciated. You could easily enjoy a different kind of breakfast every day. The staff were very welcoming and professional, adding to the warm atmosphere of the resort. Overall, Alpenpark Resort Superior offers a perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and excellent service in a beautiful Alpine setting. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

    Amazing staff: very kind, professional and helpful. The room was spacy, with a huge balcon and a breathtaking view on the mountains. The bathroom was HUGE, really modern. Pool was great as well.     Beautiful, quiet area perfect for a peaceful getaway for a few days of hiking. The gorge is beautiful, it’s close to Mittenwald, and there are many hikes and biking trails in the area. There are a few restaurants and super markets but you will likely need a car to get around comfortably—although there is a bus that goes regularly. We really enjoyed Gasthof Kühteierhof for dinner—run by a local family.

    Reith bei Seefeld is a tiny little hamlet outside of Seefeld. While beautiful, the location had nothing to offer itself. It is a short bus ride into Seefeld. We left every day by bike or car to explore other areas.

    We had a good stay in house Panorama sunday. But there are some things I like to recommend. The big bed makes allot of noise! That if I move I wake my wife. Also is the power point in the bathroom very dangerous! Specially if there are kids around. Because it's loose. In de kitchen it's very hard to open de refrigerator. And the are not much pans to cook. So if I pay that much for 1 night. I aspect it to be better. The house is very nice decorated they have good tasted. It has allot of space en the bethrooms are big. We only stay for one night to travel back home. We stayed with 2 childeren (2&4) and to aldults. The village nearby is very beautiful en the nature around is the same.

    Loved walking the Parish Trail (Pfarrerbichl) with scenic views of the town and lake (and religious interest if so inclined). Nanni’s had a delicious goulash & apple strudel; Cafe Nouveau had a spicier goulash, even better! Batzenhäus had great local food. Several good grocery stores in town to use for picnic lunches on hikes.Easy train ride to Mittenwald (ride the Karwendelbahn!) or Innsbruck if the Rosshütte is not appealing to you.

    Leutasch is one of the best locations for cross-country...

    Leutasch is one of the best locations for cross-country skiing. You can ski right out your door and on a new trail every day. Some trails are so wonderful you'll want to repeat them. There is a supermarket and gear rental shops in the village. There is really everything you need there. Seefeld is close by if you want more shopping opportunities and more choices of restaurants and cafes.

    Have been is Seefeld 3 times until now, twice in winter and once is summer. Excellent place for vacation or short stay. Hotels and facilities are modern, mainly built in 1960's for Innsbruck Olympics. Seefeld has cross-country skiing and big warm open pool if compare to other surrounding resorts. Easy transportation to Innsbruck and Munich.

    Bus connections to all surroundings - Seefeld, Mittenwald, Scharnitz - and very often. Lots of hiking places for everybody. A wonderful area if you are a bike lover. Friends Streetfood is a good place to have a quick meal. MPreis is a great location to the shopping, but I recommend to go to Mittenwald in Germany - better prices.
