I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, thanks to its excellent soundproofing. It provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful design. The large, bright window let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.

It is a unique hotel to say the least! The positive vibes you get while at the hotel from the music, decorations, lighting, staff, ambiance... is amazing. I strongly recommend you borrowing a record from the reception area and playing in it on the record player in your room and enjoy the music. It was a great experience.

Great hotel and services. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The lobby was also stylish and had a great cafe for coffee and breakfast alacarte. Everything we tried for breakfast was good. All the stuff was polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is right next to a big park and a entertainment park. That made it really easy for a quick stroll and had options to eat really close. The subway was also really close, so we could get anywhere fast. The value of the room was also great, at least for the period we traveled. If the weather allows it, a lot of nice things to see are withing a walking distance. Even to the historical center, is a nice walk with nice view.

Breakfast was on top of the night rate but worth the money. Great service, food beyond delicious. We loved the pool on the rooftop and the fact that pets are allowed almost everywhere but the 8th floor (which was fine)

    The room was just as I expected. It was very clean and styled nicely. The room was very spacious and it was not messy. The shower was really good, had perfect temperature and great pressure. The staff at reception were also very friendly, they assisted us a lot while staying. The breakfast in the morning was so nice, plenty of options and great food.

    Very clean city.

    Very clean city. Every corner was a photo opportunity hop on hop off bus was great. Start early as they have 3 different routes to take ( staff were helpful at the stops in town) could spend all day using them like your own private transport. Expensive food at restaurants for Australian travelers with conversion. So much window shopping and Little alley ways were delightful. Lots of cheaper street food in the markets. Friendly people and safe and clean. Imperial jewel museum was really good but very expensive to get in

    Amazing city with a brilliant public transport system.

    Amazing city with a brilliant public transport system. Lovely buildings and so many museums. So much to see and do. English widely understood, which makes communication so much easier. Easily one of the top 10 places in the world to visit on holiday. Great place for culture buffs as well as for nature buffs.
