Staffs were really friendly and nice. Breakfast and Buffet dinner was really good, they also had a late snacks till 5:00 PM whaich was really nice. The Buffet dinner and late evening snacks was for 22 Euros which was really affordble.

The owners are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is perfect and has a wide variety for the smaller hotel. There is a lovely T-bar hill next door for some ski/snowboard runs and the ski bus is 10m from the front door. Dinner in the nearby hotels is easy to access and good quality. A very enjoyable stay!

The hotel was pristine--super clean. The rooms were large and very comfortably appointed with wonderful balconies and amazing views of the gorgeous surrounding landscape. The breakfast buffet had a nice array of breads, cereals, nuts, jam, scrambled and boiled eggs, plus sliced meats. And the coffee was excellent! Niederau is a small village with several hotels but not much else. It appeared that nearly every hotel has its own restaurant so finding food in town wasn't a problem. We went for the Almatreib in Auffauch which was about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. It's a beautiful little town to relax and enjoy the lovely views.

Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to skiing and the hotel had free parking. The indoor pool was very nice. It was a fun family location for New Years Eve. Restaurant was a nice location to have a drink and play cards in the evening.

We really liked our stay here, the appartment is at the end of the road up the mountain which was a beautifull drive and we were provided with beautifull views when we arrived at the top. You're near several lifts to get up different mountains (4 options within 15-25minutes drive), keep in mind that you will need to drive yourself. The skiing near the appartment was great! The appartment itself is very spacious and clean, everything you need is there. The supermarket is nearby and enroute from the skilift. Our host was perfect, we arrived later than planned but this was no issue. The appartment is on the hosts farm so they are always nearby if you need any help or information.

    The room was very spacious and had a sitting area. The Alpine ambiance was wonderful and the hotel was definitely a 4* accommodation. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with local attractions. We had great lighting in our room, which gave it a warm and vibrant feeling They had life music the night we were there. Breakfast was good, except the eggs were a little runny, which I run into occasionally. It may be a traditional, cultural thing.

    Great resort for families and for beginners.

    Great resort for families and for beginners. Ski school is brilliant for anyone who wants to start learnig to ski. I recommend the lockers in Margreiter to save you from carrying all that ski gear up and down the ountain.

    Close to the large area of SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser, but beautiful slopes also in the place itself - especially the "black" slope is absolutely breathtaking. And much better prepared than those in SkiWelt👍

    For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot going on in Niederau. There are several bars and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets and to ski pistes, which are unfortunately not connected, but there is a bus between the two.
