We came many years ago when the children were smaller.
We came many years ago when the children were smaller. They are now adults and busy with their own work and activities. Coming here again at our later age brought great memories, but we are satisfied. Many places are still to explore in Canberra as we age. Regardless, Canberra has grown busy, many more halal food options, and really diverse population can be seen. Now, we think that it is a great place to live in!Guest review byrashdan n rohaniMalaysia - 10.0

Great location, on the lake, and close to the NGA and other Canberra attractions. Lots of food places too. Spent most of my time at the National Gallery, which is about 1.5km away. We used Uber Eats for delivery & enjoyed dining on the balcony at the appartments on the Quay.Guest review byKarenvernonAustralia - 10.0

Appartment was stunning, got to meet the owners who where just lovely people ( yes it got that bad the owners had to turn up to help sort this issue out ), gorgeous views of that side of the city. Look the apprtment was lovely and location was perfect.........if not for madecomfy and their lack of care or attention to fixing a very major issue......id have enjoyed ny stay, but being forced to sleep in a car or spend another $700+ on one nights accom after already spending $2k is disgusting. Still no offer to return a nights value from the price of the appartment or have i recived a return on the money I PAID OUT FOR THE LOCKSMITH!!!! Am contacting victoria consumer affairs today, this company is very dodgy and needs investigation.Guest review byadamnunanAustralia - 10.0

It's like any other newly built development area with many offices, but if you want modern facilities and several restaurants and shops, it might be practical to stay here. There seems to be convenient public transport to the tourist sites of Canberra.Guest review byKaoriFrance - 10.0

I liked most the security and privacy of the apartment, with the ready access to local town area facilities. The best service from the concierge desk, was the simplest method ever, for booking a taxi to get around the area. There are an absolute plethora of eateries from early morning through to late evenings. For a longer stay, the apartments are within a minutes walk for major grocery shopping and would be very simple to cook and prepare all own meals, if that was preferred.Guest review byCraig BurnettUnited States - 8.0

The location is great as it was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the shopping area and restaurants. The facility was very clean & comfortable. Secure underground carparking a bonus. Nice walking tracks at your front door and only a short drive to most of the Canberra attractionsGuest review byTraceyAustralia - 10.0

The Kingston Foreshore is a great location. Lots of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep with easy access to many more Canberra landmarks. Walk up to the Kingston shops for the best supermarket in Canberra. Known locally as Super Superbarn.Guest review byJeremyAustralia - 2.0

A NIGHTMARE to locate key at an out-of-town address, realising this to be the case only after a lovely local recognised a photo on the email. DITTO to locate which floor when eventually accessing the key. Parking is free HOWEVER it is in a different Tower block & no information as to which floor this was located on either. Regular nightly EVACUATIONS (22nd floor is a long way to clamber down the stairwell.) The locals are beautiful & ever-so helpful with their assistance. The view across the lake & surrounding area from the 22nd floor is amazing.Guest review byMaureenAustralia - 2.0

The "Lovely and quiet house" we rented still smelled like the previous owners had just been hurriedly removed prior to our arrival. I would not be surprised to learn that the house was ready for imminent demolition.Guest review byRebeccaAustralia
