**Review of Treetops Montville** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treetops Montville, and I can confidently say it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the beauty of the surroundings, making it a true nature lover's paradise. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful birthday decorations that we had requested. It was such a delightful surprise to walk into our accommodation and find it beautifully adorned. It truly made the occasion feel special and memorable. The fridge was stocked with an impressive array of breakfast goodies and wine bottles—far more than I had ever encountered in any other holiday stay. It was such a treat to have everything we needed right at our fingertips, making our mornings leisurely and enjoyable. The location itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The soothing sounds of the nearby creek added a serene ambiance that made our stay even more relaxing. If you appreciate the beauty of nature, Treetops Montville is a must-visit destination. The swimming pool was another fantastic feature, offering a perfect blend of privacy and tranquility. It was the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the stunning surroundings. I am already planning my next holiday with Treetops Montville, as this experience has left me eager to return. If you're looking for a getaway that combines luxury, nature, and exceptional service, look no further than Treetops Montville. Highly recommended!

I had booked RACV Royal Pines Resort for my daughter‘s 21st Birthday. And they made her Birthday super special. Everything was Perfect 10!!!!! There is a Japanese restaurant which is called Arakawa inside this property. The restaurant was also super good and after dinner they brought a birthday wish truffle chocolates with the candle and sung a birthday song for her. The night was Just spectacular. Also the morning buffet was incredibly fun to have. So many kinds of good foods, fruits and desserts are available. We recommend super strong to stay RACV Royal Pines Resort taking dinner at Arakawa restaurant and having breakfast at buffet!!!! Thank you for making our stay memorable. Much appreciate it.

We loved our stay at this resort, it was great value and one of our favourite places we’ve stayed so far in Australia! We had our own little cabin which felt like a little home, and it was lovely and quiet, really kind gesture of free TimTams in our fridge too, there was lots for families to do but it was amazing for us as a couple too. we’re now looking at other BIG4s to stay in!

Beautiful beaches the whole way. Roads are busy but you can take the light rail and the bike paths are excellent. The surf clubs are excellent options for dining or drinks with an ocean view. Pacific fair in Broadbeach is an excellent and very large shopping mall for clothing especially. Lots of excellent restaurants, particularly in Broadbeach.

Cairns is nice and flat and most things are in walking distance. Otherwise a taxi or Uber will get you where you need to go. Many great restaurants and steak houses. Try the Cock and Bull, they serve huge meals, offer kangaroo and croc on their menu and the staff are fantastic. A trip to Kuranda is a must if you have not been there before. I highly recommend taking the scenic railway up and the skyrail down. This allows for the best flexibility with time. Don't forget the islands and the reef. All are well worth a visit. If you like military things then the Australian Armour & Artillery Museum is a must. We go every time we are in Cairns. It is a private collection and there is always something new to see.

We visited during the annual festival of flowers. Gardens are lovely. There's also interesting things to do for train enthusiasts. Plenty of shopping and dining options without the stampede of big cities. I was pleasantly surprized by the amount of green spaces and parks. Plenty of space to read a book, picnic or just walk through parks. Lovely museum and cafes to suite your needs

Port Douglas was lovely. Beaches are not the best, not user friendly, crocs and stingers, seen more beautiful and swimable beaches in other parts of Australia. Would definitely go back, was a lay back peaceful town and the Sunday market was great. Bars were fun and plenty of them. Surprised the oysters were from South Australia or Tasmania, thought they would be local, perhaps the crocs would eat them, haha!

Hervey Bay is the best place in the world to see Humpback Whales whether for the juvenials that are people curious (known as August whales) or the Mothers and Calves which arrive from early September through to the end of October. My focus is only on the whales but there are various trips to K'Gari (formerly Fraser Island) either by organised bus tours, self drive or by boat to the West side where kyaking and beach tours plus whale watching in season is available. See Tasman Venture web site for details.
