Located in the middle of nowhere with beautiful views over the fens from restaurant and rooms. Great place to really chill. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Good and extensive a la carte menu. The beer tasting is highly recommended! Lovely breakfast with fresh products.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. I definitely recommend this because you will not be in a rush when wanting to visiting the town and the surrounding. We went to the Wellness as well, very recommended! We ask for a room with a bath and the host made sure that we got what we wanted. It was perfect! Everything was very clean. I have asthma and I always have problems breathing because of the dust or the smell of the hotels where I go. I was surprised that the hotel and the rooms smelled so good and that helped me a lot to be able to sleep. The host is always there if you need something, he took good care of us, specially during breakfast, he was constantly checking if everything was in order. I really recommend this hotel!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It immediately felt like home. The wooden elements in the room, from floors, beams, and other details, were authentically integrated and gave the whole stay a special character.     Our family stayed in the Chalet-- FYI it is NOT on the same property as the hotel--it is about an hour's drive away from the hotel location. That being said, the Chalet was GORGEOUS and clean and comfortable and truly amazing! We had peace and quiet, and the host stocked the fridge with many delicious breakfast items for each morning. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so pleased that we were able to stay here. It was only a 7-8 minute drive into Malmedy for cafes and groceries etc.

    The food and bread was MOLDY! All plastic food containers are from host his own fridge with broken plastic trays, milk chocopasta and juice bottles are opened and already used. Host is very rude and tells you to take your shoes off and lower the temperature before you go to sleep and when you leave. and the accommodation is really dirty! UNBELIEVABLE! Please don't go there!

    Such a nice place in a peaceful location with a good service. Hotel lays in the middle of forest, couldn't be closer to the nature. What's more swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and lot of other attractions are included in the price. Perfect place for long weekend for the whole family and for a couple too.     Liege was disappointing. It was untidy with a scruffy feel. Many homeless people and drug taking in plain sight. Much of the riverfront area was roadworks do forced to walk in the backstreets, which did not feel very safe. Too many people just hanging around. Such a disappointment.

    Excellent and clean spa, sauna and steam room. It’s not as awesome as the Caracalla Therme in Baden Baden, but it makes up for it in scenic beauty and atmosphere. The staff is multilingual and speaks French, Dutch, German and English.

    We were just passing through and only staying one night so we didn't really see Malmedy at all. However, the apartment was very Beautiful and clean and airy and bright and the location was very good, being about 1 km outside the town up on the hill in the countryside

    Francorchamps is a very small town (village). There isn't much to see or do but we were there for the Formula 1 so there was a good atmosphere and sufficient bars/restaurants to have a good variety.

    We stayed at the apartment so that we could access the race track. It’s a 10 minute walk into the circuit. The location was perfect, very smartly designed and finished and completely spotless. I have never stayed anywhere so well prepared and when we arrived after a long drive from the UK we were delighted to find some home made cake, some cold beers in the fridge and some essentials just to get us settled in. A very nice touch. Everything worked perfectly and we had a very relaxed few days while we watched the car racing.

    The Waimes Area of villages near to the Hautes Fagnes is okay but we prefer the other side of the border; Eifel. The villages are nicer and the facilities better (shops, supermarkets, points of interests) We had a lot of snow so the Hautes Fagnes were beautiful! In Spring or autumn we would prefer the Eifel for a better landscape withmore diversity and valleys, mountains. A combination is perfect.

    Far nicer towns to visit than Liège and at the moment there are building works everywhere which detracts. Good choice if restaurants although a number of appear to be closed in a Tuesday do best check/book in advance.

    A quaint little town in Brussels. Even with the Grand Prix nearby, it was never too crowded or noisy. We visited the Cathedrale Saint Pierre, and then explored the nearby Plaza which had small local restaurants surrounding it.     Ideal location for attending the Spa race circuit either as a spectator or participant. Great views of the surrounding countryside and quiet. Plenty of parking. All facilities needed found in Malmedy restaurants, Supermarkets Fuel etc just down the road. Although track only 800m away car needed.
