- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 47 reviewsSuperb B&B in a beautiful location. It’s an old construction fully renovated, very cozy and warm. We went in December and enjoyed the fireplace and the bath in our room. The homemade breakfast is served in a cozy bar with views to the scenery. The owners are extremely friendly and gave us tips to discover the area. There are plenty of trekking options and biker trails. We will certainly come back in summer!Guest review byLAURABelgium
- From US$187.47 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 787 reviewsLovely located modern hotel with good facilities and a great view. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I can highly recommend the homemade yoghurt. The restaurant has delicious meals and a nice selection of beers as can be expected in Flanders. The only downside of a room with a view, is that you have to climb back up if you go out cycling or on foot ;-)Guest review bySebastianNetherlands
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 31 reviewsWhat a little gem!!! As B&B's go outstanding. A friendly and helpful host, we were met with a lovely drink and little snacks. The room was spacious, lovely terrace, excellent bathroom. You are close to Oudenaarde where you can find plenty eateries and cafés. Breakfast was excellent. We can't highly enough recommend this place.Guest review bystephenUnited Kingdom

Oudennarde is a lovely town with a beautiful square in the centre. It's a great place to have a Belgian beer and watch the world go by. There are plenty of places to eat but Margarethas is by far the best. It might appear to be expensive but you get excellent food for your money. A walk by the river is recommended - especially on a sunny day. Additionally, Donk Lake is also a lovely place for a walk - or to watch the wake boarders. Unfortunately, it rained every day while we were there. A trip to Ghent is probably recommended if you spend more than two to three nights here.Guest review byLenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Ronse is a great little town in the countryside, with all you need/expect. Very nice downtown area, great restaurants, cafes, bars, sites. There is also a large shopping center. Just at the outskirts is a hilly area with a forest/park, and also an area in which you can stroll along a small stream. Ronse is generally a great place to stroll and wander around, with many cozy spots to stay at, e.g. for a drink, and also with many historical sites, a grand central market place, and also many new constructions.Guest review byMultijanniGermany - 10.0

Lovely large house in a lovely setting on the eddge of a charming town. Very clean and tidy and well equiped. Ideal stop off on a trip from the UK to stops further north in Belgium and Holland. Easy drive from Gent which is a great place to visitGuest review byNigelUnited Kingdom - 10.0
In all fairness we visited Ghent.
In all fairness we visited Ghent. Zwalm was close enough and our accommodations were an excellent value over staying in Ghent. Ghent is a historically rich city small enough to walk in with many things to see and do. Surprisingly dining was very nice and meals were enjoyable, well prepared, tasty and well priced.Guest review byMARIEFrance - 10.0
Perfect Belgium town to stay in.
Perfect Belgium town to stay in. Easy to get around from the train, nice places to eat. Friendly people. I stayed for 6 days for the The Tour of Flanders and the Pro cycling races. A perfect location.Guest review byDarrylCanada - 10.0
Inviting swimming pool. Comfy tearoom next to the sauna.
Inviting swimming pool. Comfy tearoom next to the sauna. Superb view of the fields. Interesting Oriental and Western art. We ate in town, after a walk of 3,5km. There was no taxi after 22:00 in town that could bring us home. The kind owner of thr Greek restaurant did this for free.Guest review byHenkNetherlands - 10.0

Oudenaarde is an attractive town with some excellent places to eat - either in the centre or in the nearby villages. It's a great base for cycling enthusiasts - as there are iconic cobbled climbs and lovely quiet country roads. Having a beer in the centre of the town is recommended.Guest review byLenUnited Kingdom
