What an amazing stay! Loved everything about my little chalet/room - it was clean, comfy and quite big. The grounds were idyllic with great views. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The location is about 20 minutes walk from the centre. I mostly walked to Pereque or took a taxi to other parts of the island. I even walked back later in the evenings (10pm) and felt perfectly safe as the road leading up to the hotel is well lit.

This place deserves its stellar score and more. You can tell a lot of effort has been put in every detail and it shows. The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool is great and so is the breakfast. The restaurant is great for lunch too . The location is perfect and the surroundings are superb. I rarely give the top score but in this case it is only right

    Absolutely beautiful hotel - super clean, so comfortable, staff were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like a proper tropical paradise on the Island. A great location a few minutes taxi ride from the main towns. Superb views, and we loved the dock/jetty - we got a private boat tour and they were able to drop us off right at the hotel. Room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, and we never struggled to get a table or a lounger by the pool on or on the beach. Felt quiet, private and romantic.

    The location, rooms and breakfast were great! Cake and fruit selection plus fresh juiced every morning. We had a double room on the 3rd floor, which had a great view. The swimming pool was a plus, especially in the morning.

    Beautiful island with options to do loads.

    Beautiful island with options to do loads. The natural beaches like Praia da fome and Castelhanos are beautiful. We went for a small break but wish we have been there longer! We have stayed in Vila Kebaya an amazing hotel super central but with a rainforest vibe very relaxing, comfortable and great staff. One tip only - use repellent!

    Ilhabela is beautiful island with many great places to visit. Nice beaches and trails to the forest and waterfalls. Beach Praia de Castelhanos. Armacao. But borrachudos was the down side, they are very annoying. We all have many bites all over the body despite citroilha repelente.

    Very nice island, the further you go from the center the...

    Very nice island, the further you go from the center the nicer. I stayed close to the boat because I had no car, but there are buses that can take you a bit further so I would recommend staying further away from the center. I didn't find many options to go to secluded beaches, only organized trip by travel agencies and not all were available probably because it was not summer season.
