- From US$200.75 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 490 reviewsLocation was excellent, right on the main high street near all the restaurants and bars. Plus a short walk to the canoe club and the tunnel mountain trail. Lots of parking on site. Our room was so spacious and lovely. It was our honeymoon and we arrived to find Prosecco and a card in the room, such a nice touch. Staff were so friendly and having the shop with excursion information on site was great. Coffee shop next door was brilliant too, we went every morning.Guest review byAbigailUnited Kingdom
- From US$127.27 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.5Good - What previous guests thought, 3,137 reviewsThe room exceeded my expectation! It was cozy and clean. I just wish that they would upgrade their TV with netflix or youtube. It would also be nice if they will ask upon booking if there would be any seniors who will stay, as we were placed on the 2nd cabin floor which is a little bit uncomfy to climb up for my parents. But overall, we love the place! We will be recommending it to our friends and for will be back for sure!!Guest review byCarlaUnited Arab Emirates
- From US$175.30 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 1,810 reviewsThe trip was to chill, relax by the fireplace after the hot tub, and most importantly, away in the countryside. The hotel was great! You can even order bottle of wine to be ready for your check-in time.. Swimming in the hot spring outdoors while it's snowing is just awesome. Especially in the winter!Guest review byTaisiiaUkraine

Nice Main Street with lots of touristy shops.
Nice Main Street with lots of touristy shops. Plenty of places to eat. Wouldn’t want to visit in the main season as it was busy when we were there in September. Loads to see and do in the surrounding area with great transport links to the Gondola, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the other tourist hot spots.Guest review byCarolUnited Kingdom - 10.0
What can I say except for WOW!
What can I say except for WOW! My husband and I were there in Sept/Oct and everywhere we turned was another magnificent view of a mountain, glacier, canyon, lake. We rented bikes and rode to Vermillion Lakes and beyond. We hiked up Johnston Canyon, we took easy and more challenging walks, and met people from around the world. We flew into Calgary, drove to Banff, then to Castle Junction and stayed in two places I would recommend - Johnston Canyon Lodge and Bungaloos and Castle Mountain Chalets. We had a great trip!Guest review byChinelli - 10.0
Banff is a great place with a super vibe based on the beauty...
Banff is a great place with a super vibe based on the beauty of the forest and mountains. Kids working the restaurants and bars are really nice. In September, we didn’t find it noisy or too crowded but just right. You can easily drive or bike to many local attractions. I recommend a E bike.Guest review byDr Louis CardinalCanada - 10.0
A wonderful spot for a family get-together.
A wonderful spot for a family get-together. We had 6 cabins, close to each other, very clean and big enough to be very comfortable. Kitchens had everything one could think of to prepare our meals. Lots of open space for children to run free and play safely without any worry about traffic. The Johnson Canyon hike just down the road is amazing but it is likely best not to plan to do it on a long weekend in the summer as crowded.Guest review byGailCanada - 10.0
Banff was a great a place to shop but parking was a problem...
Banff was a great a place to shop but parking was a problem though I had a handicapped sign. The 9 hour tour we took in a 14 passenger van was wonderful. It is a beautiful park. I would recommend the Viator tour. We did hike the Hoodoo Trail near our Banff rocky Mountain resort and enjoyed Canmore, too as we are skiers. The Legacy bike trail was amazing though we did not bring our bikes this time.Guest review byKristenUnited States - 10.0
I can't say enough about the amazing staff!
I can't say enough about the amazing staff! Friendly, accommodating, and understanding. I went for the long weekend with my family that included my 2 year old granddaughter. We arrived a little early & though we were prepared to wait till check in time, we were told our unit was cleaned and we could get in right away. Since I had called ahead regarding sleeping options for the 2 year old, a playpen was there on arrival. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of firewood left as well, as seeing more on the porch the next day. The only slight disappointment was finding out the hot tub was removed during covid. Other than that, it was an amazing, extremely comfortable stay.Guest review byAnonymous
