- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,148 reviewsI booked a room for one night at this hotel on a really short notice. As a consequence, I expected to receive a relatively acceptable room, but nothing more. The actual outcome: a modern, beautiful room with absolutely breathtaking view on the mountains. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, supported us with all questions and arranged a really smooth check-in despite of a late arrival in the evening. We even received a greeting drink at the hotel bar, beautifully located in the top floor of the hotel. The hotel itself is also equipped with the following: a heated indoor pool with whirlpool areas; an outdoor pool, a mini golf track, a tennis court, a fitness room, a spa, a cinema, meeting rooms, and a games room with pool billiard, air hockey and the like. I have yet to find a place with such a range of activities for this price level! This is just phenomenal and fully worth a full 10/10.Guest review byPhilippeGermany
- From US$175.38 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 581 reviewsStaff incredible. Location superb (can go hiking from here much easier than from the town). Breakfast awesome. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from the town; you just hop on a 10 min bus to and from the city center and train station. This is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I'd be totally cool staying here again if I came for a 2nd time (even if I forgoed the opportunity to stay at another place). It is so much worth it being in a quiet hotel high up in the mountains far from the city than to be in the hustling/bustling city. I also got an absolute steal of a deal with the price (was probably half off b/c it was a weekday in September; lots more expensive in winter).Guest review byRahoulTanzania
- From US$356.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 238 reviewsThe Restaurant, dining choices and service were all exceptional. The panoramic views from the restaurant were an additional bonus! The children were treated with absolute equality with the adults, which was a wonderful experience for them; the check-in, the little robes and slippers, and the thoughtful little touches like the "Ice-Cream passes" and small gifts just set this place apart from anywhere we've ever stayed, even which claim to be child-friendly. The history of the hotel, the views, the fresh air and the small acts of going above and beyond mean we cannot wait to return and create more fantastic family memories together here.Guest review byYvetteUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 238 reviewsAmazing hotel, the view from our room and the dining room was breathtaking, we couldn’t believe it when we walked in. We had a family room and the couch was made into two single beds which were very comfy for the kids. Breakfast was very good. We were only there for one day to see snow for Christmas and the hotel provided us with sleds and we took the free bus up the hill and spent the day sledding and even managed to feed some squirrels on the squirrel walk. Definitely exceeded our expectations.Guest review byKatharineAustralia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 167 reviewsWe travelled with 2 dogs and were warmly welcomed. The dogs had their own special welcome with homemade treats and special towels. Staff is very friendly and takes the time to really listen to you. We had dinner at the restaurant once during our stay. Since I wasn't feeling well, they kept my food warm until I got back to the table. Parking on site was no problem.Guest review byAlisonGermany

Cleanliness, well proportioned room with a fridge and lovely bathroom.Easy parking outside. There are no staff on site and the contact no was out of service. This is a self service hotel and is best viewed as a bed for the night or longer if you use the local cafes and eateries for your sustanance. The hotel has alot of character with a games room and a bar .Being out of season it was very quite and the bar was not in use.I would go again the only issue I had was not being a tec head was getting into the hotel. You need to go to the link on your confirmation e mail to check in to get the access code and room no.Not always easy at journeys end and being awake for 28 hrs.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The town lacks a true center, but still offers plenty of Apres Ski and shops. Go visit Yolanda and her daughter at the Arosa Shop for quality souveniers - we bought hoodies and T-Shirts for the entire family. They are friendly and fun! The sport shops are knowledgable and helpful.Guest review byGeraldUnited States - 8.0
