This was my favourite hotel during our honeymoon trip! The owners are kind and friendly. They decorated our room beautifully with a giant balloon, some sweets and a heartwarming card after learning it was our honeymoon. We also enjoyed the beautiful lake and mountain views outside the hotel. It is located 1 stop away from Interlaken Ost so you can get more peace and privacy away from crowds. 8-10 min walk with heavy luggages to the station. The breakfast was great, loved the hummus, cheese and variety of bread. There’s no mocha but the owner kindly asked what it’s like and made it for me, it was delicious. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful hospitality and great views!

Amazing location. Literally right above the train station and gondola up the mountain. Rooms are very nice, basic and great quality. Views are amazing. The hotel restaurant was incredible, very reasonably priced! The staff throughout the hotel was very nice as well!

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home.     This is a very sweet hotel, located right on the lake in Gunten. Had a very comfortable stay: the rooms were spacious, clean, and well suited for a good price. The spa is amazing - the little boathouse has great saunas and direct access to the lake if you fancy a quick dip in both winter and summer time. There’s also a fully functioning spa available and a nice selection of treatments. It’s a perfect place for a winter weekend getaway from the city. They also have a great restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, the food was well priced and really didn’t disappoint with the selection. The staff were very polite and attentive - they made me feel very welcome and answered all questions promptly. It was a lovely first stay and I’ll definitely be back for more and recommend to family and friends

    We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

    Wonderful facilities! We had a basic room for our family of three but we had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable! Bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, lounge, market place and a covered outdoor area to relax and play. The location is only a few minutes walk from the train station and waking up to a view of the beautiful waterfalls in Lauterbrunnen is just priceless!

    Grindelwald is like a Swiss Fairytale.

    Grindelwald is like a Swiss Fairytale. All the wonderful Swiss Chalets, the incomparable alps, the charming Swiss people. Grindelwald is definitely a tourist town with shops selling all the Swiss trinkets, but that's part of the charm. No other place can you travel up to the famous Jungfrau and take in all that mountain offers. It's truly an adventure.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for. We had sunny days and a couple of rainy days, both were breathtaking in their own right. Nice connection too to Murren, Wengen, and Interlaken. At night, when the day tours have left, you can have the village "all for yourself" and that experience was almost divine.

    The apartment was spacious and had a terrific view from the balcony. Free parking was close by and checking in was a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and the refrigerator was good sized. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 5 adult guests. We could stay here again and highly recommend this property.

    Wengen is a perfect spot to make home base while you explore the Lauterbrunnen and Jungfrau region. This car free village is easily accessible by train from Lauterbrunnen, where you find a relatively cheap car park and train access to Interlaken. Wengen felt less crowded than Mürren or Lauterbrunnen in the valley. There are numerous restaurants, stores, and two grocery stores in town to stock up on essentials. Getting around the area is easy thanks to the train and the Männlichen gondola.

    Nothing wrong with Brienz - beautiful lake and beautiful scenery all around. The hotel was comfortable but not very well located to allow us to walk through the actual town. The hotel is located at the entrance of the town, close to the camping grounds. Quite remote

    Good touristic opportunities in walking distance, like the waterfall, Aare gorge, cable car to go to a village with very nice view of the mountains and a place to drink a coffee, even on Sunday. In town you can have a coffee only in restaurants on Sunday, or in a kind of bar which did not give me a good impression.

    Mürren was a great jumping off point for many hikes and adventures in the area, but was much more laid-back and less crowded than Lauterbrunnen. At the same time, it had plenty of shops, groceries, restaurants for our needs.

    Nice chocolate box type of Swiss town. Very pretty and quite small. Great for looking in posh shop windows at stuff you can't afford. Nice station right next to bus stand ensuring easy connections.
