Fantastic hotel. We got upgraded to a room with a view to the lake and it was gorgeous The staff was very nice, and Benni always made us smile There was a fan you could use when it was warm. The hotel has a pizza restaurant which we recommend as well

Sandrine helped me check in and I found out that the hotel had upgraded my room for free. As there wasn't many guests around they gave me a breakfast form to fill so I could choose what I wanted for my stay and they would prepare it for me. Sandrine is really so warm and bubbly that she genuinely made my stay at Hotel Crystal Interlaken a memorable one.

What a wonderful Swiss Chalet living experience. absolutely loved it. All staff is lovely very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are amazing, we stayed at classic double room and Superior room will post a separate review for superior room . Both rooms were perfect with absolutely beautiful views. breakfast was good.     Amazing. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfast was delicious and quite complete. The restaurant has good options for lunch and dinner. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is one of the best in Switzerland. If you have a reservation in Iseltwald, you can request the Interlaken Guest Card, which allows you to take the bus for free and gives you discounts on activities like boat tickets, for example.

Situated right next to the boat stop, only a few meters from the little boat Dock featured in k-drama Crash landing on you, our room had its own little terrace and view over the lake and the mountains. Very comfortable beds, large room. Excellent food in the restaurant, the "Crash landing on you" plate was the best fish and chips my daughter had ever eaten

    Brienz is easy to approach from interlaken by train or car. Brienz lake view, cruise journey from Brienz to Iseltwald, interlaken was awesome. Brienz Rothorn train ride is amazing and unforgettable and the views of Brienz lake from top of mountains were Marvellous. I would suggest everyone who wants to explore Lautterbrunnen, Grindelwald, harder Kulm please come, stay and visit Brienz.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    A great place to sleep if you wanted to visit Interlaken and all the other attractions in the Jungfrau Region :-) The transportation is pretty easy - you have a bus i12 minute-ride, a train 4-7 minutes, and a ferry to Interlaken. The place is not busy, therefore you can relax there more. There are some amazing hotels by the lake, such as Brienzesee Hotel - amazing!!! It is a great starting point to all other villages and cities.

    Beautiful little town.

    Beautiful little town. Lake brienz cruise is the perfect start to the trip. Can't visit the waterfalls around the lake or just walk along the promenade. We were lucky to be there on 1 August - swiss national day. Got to see fireworks at the lake. Beautiful sight at night!

    t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

    Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained.     We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience also Harder Kulm by the funicular and another brilliant trip was to Schynige Platte by cog railway which was brilliant. We also visited the Ballenberg open air museum which was very interesting and took us all day to go around it. Interlaken is a good central location for visiting the area
