Our stay at Swiss Luxury Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect – just steps away from Lake Geneva, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartments were spotless and, unlike many apartment-style accommodations, housekeeping came in daily to tidy up and refresh towels, which was a wonderful touch.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took care of our luggage, placing it in the room upon arrival and later assisting us in loading it into our car when we checked out. One of the most thoughtful details was the presence of a Qibla direction in the room – a small gesture that meant a lot to us as Muslim guests.
What truly made our stay memorable was how they acknowledged our honeymoon – we were welcomed with a sweet handwritten note and a lovely selection of snacks. It was a heartwarming surprise.
Honestly, I loved everything about this place. If I ever return to Geneva, I wouldn’t think twice – I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful (very unusually, though I always ask for it, they had put the correct work address on the bill and noted allergy problems even before we arrived). So often people seem to be miserable, but the staff here were all delightful. The decor is beautiful, with beams, bare walls, and other lovely touches. I should add that they upgraded our room, so we had a really brilliant room. The wifi was good, the breakfast was excellent, especially the collection of fresh fruits and berries. It was quiet, a short walk from the main station and from the centre of Geneva (in between the two). I would say even that for the quality and the comfort it was good value for money.

Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still advertising the Subject Property in Vesenaz because the latter has claimed that it has stopped accepting bookings since the start of the year, and so why did the former take my money/claimed my booking was confirmed. The decent thing to do Booking.Com is not only return my money, but also compensate me for painstakingly finding a substitute accommodation that is almost four times more expensive than the Subject Property that failed/refused me entry on 28 March 2023.Guest review byROY BASANESPhilippines - 10.0

An absolutely wonderful weekend experience! Geneva is a really beautiful city with lots of greenery and stunning views on the lakeside. The "jardin botanique" and Parc de l'Ariana are both really peaceful places to visit, and walking along the lakeside was a very good choice (some really quiet scenic spots). The Old Town is also wonderful to explore and the climb to the top of the Saint-Pierre cathedral is well worth it for the views at the top. Lots of drinkable water fountains there too so all you need is a water bottle and you're good. So easy to get around (can literally just get on any bus, we were never asked to present a ticket but the transport card gives free transport for hotel guests anyway) and you can get around on foot to quite a lot of places. The people were all lovely too and in every shop, restaurant, museum etc. we went to, the people at the counter/waiters/basically everyone spoke English which made life really easy as a British person. Lots of good food places on Rue de Lausanne (where our hotel was and lots of others are near too). Genuinely loved the trip and my only issue was that we were there for just two days, which was enough to have a great time but would've loved to hike up the mountains too. A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy.
