Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

The apartment is lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. Everything is very well maintained and the garden is exceptional. The hosts are really friendly and are attentive to everything you may need.     ********** are all the extra stars due to the Hotel Eden! We arrived late and stressed after a stuff up by another hotel, and from the first conversation ('everything is OK, I will be here') the Hotel Eden excelled. We had a delightful room with a spectacular view of the Weisshorn range, a lovely view and Grächen is a great town. But Kurt and Gisela are the reason that Hotel Eden is next level - such friendly, caring and attentive hosts, they define hospitality. I hope we have an opportunity to return for a longer stay.

    The apartment was so neat and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the trampoline and games ! The view was amazing and the location very quiet yet convenient, we could walk around the town and to the supermarket easily but also just a short drive to Tasch to catch the train into Zermatt. Highly recommend chalet soldanella !

    Great ski slopes, a lot of different restaurants, amazing hiking paths and a great view. The locals are welcoming and there's always something fun going on. We actually have a family member who loves it so much they're planning on moving there. Super family-friendly as well, even with very small kids.

    Very nice and beautiful town.

    Very nice and beautiful town. The town itself as well as the area around it. Before going there, I was a bit concerned about the car free zone, but it turned out to be very easy to park the car, and very easy to get around in the relatively small town. Once the car was parked it was very nice to be in a place without cars.
