Breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients, size of the room was really satisfying for a family of four, staff were eager to find solutions to your questions, parking and baby bed were freely provided, hotel is close to one good water park and shopping mall. There are also child play areas where it is possible to play table tennis and there are various children books and toys in the -1 floor. Overall it is a hotel I can stay again if I stay around the same area

The location in Thalwil was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of relatives we were visiting. The hotel was modern, with stylish, generous sized rooms, extremely clean and with good amenities and situated right next to beautiful Lake Zurich with Thalwil's main railway station right across the street. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and housekeeping prompt and inconspicuous. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat there.

Very nice hotel and location, with a very good restaurant, right next to the lake and the marina. Good value for fair price, clean and comfortable.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

Very friendly owners & staff. They made us feel at home from the moment we entered. We loved our room with beautiful classic touches. The bed was super comfortable and the room has a Nespresso machine, which we like for our morning coffee. The restaurant is superbe; very much recommended (also with a few delicious vegetarian & vegan options). Breakfast was indulging. Compliments to the Chef and his/her team ♥️ Ambiance is great! Lots of eye for detail and subtle touches of romance every where. We were here in wintertime, which is very cosy and for sure summertime here must be wonderful too, with the lake only a few steps away (3-5 minute walk). Made our morning walk before breakfast and enjoyed the views and crispy air in the early morning sun. We are looking forward to come back soon!
