Fantastic property! Beautiful architecture, surrounding views across lake and mountains make this place a great retreat, yet it is very well connected to Luzern. Cuisine is exceptional and staff are wonderful. Will be returning to experience spring as well, great all year location!

The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. A lift to get up, easy parking, room was beautiful and clean, we even got an upgrade! Beautiful restaurant downstairs and free breakfast! Could not fault this place whatsoever. Fantastic for the price!
