I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I booked a room with a lake view but I got a view of the lake and the ocean and the bay behind the lake. The breakfast has a lot of choices. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are a few beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests. The beach is beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. There are a lot of watersports, so there's often a bit of noise in the background. The hotel pool is ok for swimming. For children there is a bigger pool at the hotel next door. I want to thank the housekeeping staff. They must have noticed that I prefer the coconut drink to the beer in the minibar and started giving me more coconut drinks. That was very thoughtful.

All stafffs are very helpful. They answered all questions politely and took extra miles to help to arrange transport and carry luggages. Breakfast are superb and excellent. So many varieties of foods to choose from they even have local Hainanese foods. Love it so much! Room are spacious and very clean too! Highly recommended!

    Everything was amazing. Wonderful private Villa with swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property is peaceful and relaxing, beautifully kept and well maintained. They have there own private beach which you can relax on without hundreds of other tourists. Every evening at 5:30 you can sit by the beach and enjoy the sunset with a few free glasses of wine and canapés. All the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. The manager Hickey was great, gave us a tour of the property when we first arrived and was happy to help with anything we needed. Both my wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Sanya.

    The hotel is top notch. The staff were very friendly. The food, pool, view, and basically everything was very well-done! Highly recommended. Xiao Mei, at the front desk, allowed us to stay for an extended 10 hours beyond the standard check-out, free of charge, plus upgraded us to a nicer room, with a smile. She was very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Very good at her job! Thank you very kindly for your wonderful hospitality!

    The resort was a bit dated, but well-kept, with a really nice traditional style and lovely grounds. It was really suitable for relaxing, and the staff was very friendly. I quite enjoyed the buffet breakfast. It had a fairly wide variety of food choices. The area was very close to the beach, which was surprisingly well-groomed, and a nice walking path. There was also a convenience store on the resort, which was very helpful.

    We stayed 2 days at family room with sea view. There are many activities for children and it was really fun for our kids. Beach is directly from property and it was very convenient to us. One assistant person for us to help and connected by WeChat and it was really good. Some activities can’t use it and time is too tight. I recommended if you are planning to visit there and it needs at least 3 days then can explore everything.

    It is a beautiful island, although in the city Sanya it is a proper city with skyscrapers, a lot of buildings. SO if you search for a paradise small island you will be maybe disapointed. You have to know that in China everyhing is big and prepared for millions of people at once. The beach we stayed, Dadong was beautiful. There is a lot of restaurants, shops. It looks like Sanya would be the prefferend island of Russian people. Everywhere you see the Russian writing. Very few people know some English. We have eaten in small restaurant where normally local people would go- Lanzhou Ramen. You also need to try the desserts with coconut milk. Delicious hand made icecream. Fresh fruits are sold everywhere. They have everything!!! It is easy and not expensive to travel, we have used DIDI aplication. There is a lot of activities in the beach with resonable prices. We have visited the paradise island Wuzhizhou. It is beautiful but you can only swimm in ONE place on the island. ENJOY your stay in Sanya!

    The reception n driver at the hotel were helpful n approachable . The bathroom need to have a curtain as I find very undignified if having at night whether can see through or not. Too many insects as environment full of plants which can't help Breakfast which not provide coffee or tea or not serving? Some breads pl Need to teach how to turn gas cooker , TV but I managed to ask the driver to turn the air condition because I don't read Chinese as I'm ashamed of myself as I was not to send to Chinese school by my parents Other wise reason price to stay

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed.

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed. Nice beach, though the sea can be rough from time to time. There are some tourist attractions, and places to go. Tones of restaurants and shops, easy to get to. The airport is nearby. I can quite recommend it.

    The design of the hotel is very unique? the hotel makes people feel at home: especially the servce of Jenny Wang at the front desk is very good. very good!!! Also very enthusiastic teach me how to take a taxi!!! And fruit twice. Thank yju so mach!!! Moon cakes are also recommended!!! Very delicious! Five-star service!!! Ten- stars for Janny Wang!!! Free sea view room for us, you can enjoy the sea view notfar away, live in a hotel preferred hotel.
