It was a nice hotel at the river side and close to Wuhan Bridge. All staff were polite and helpful during checking in and out. Also like the location near Hanyang Street and Huanghelou.

Just to stay in a Hilton Hotel for £40/night with a view over the river and breakfast was too good a deal to pass up. Meant a 30 min taxi ride out of town, but that was no biggie. Nothing much in the area other than a shopping mall (turn right out of hotel and walk for 15 mins) with loads of eating options as hotel didn't offer food other than breakfast.

Lovely location, a stones throw from the Yangtze, and walking distance to the city centre but in a quieter area. Our river view room was fantastic and had the added bonus of being able to see a beautiful tower, lit up at night. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was great!!! The swimming pool and gym were much better than most we’ve experienced in other hotels.

Excellent view of the Yangtze river and the mountains from the room with big view windows, very spacious room, very comfortable. Very friendly staff, family business, who cooked for us, dinner and breakfast, to our order. By good weather, terrace with river view is very enjoyable for meals and relaxing. Its in the heart of City Centre. Metro is 200 meter away. You can go anywhere of Wuhan, from this Metro. I was actual visited for CIDPEX which was 30 mintues away from this hotel through metro. All restaurent are nearly. Besides there is popular Jianghan road pedestrian street. Always people are doing activity. Very popular place for shopping. Hotel is very neat and clean. They clean the room everyday. Staffs are very friendly. They even allowed me to check out at late 3.30 PM. I specially would like to mention Ms. Mary for her extraordinary help.

We have lived in Wuhan for almost three years; it has so much to offer with the Yangtze River and many lakes; there are many different districts, such as the old concession area of Hankou District, the old City wall in Wuchang District, Food Street and Yellow Crane Tower, and East Lake with its cafes, lakeshore walks boating, cable car, and many other activities, lots to do, and the city has certainly shaken off its unfortunate past, well worth a long weekend or short week. Getting around is easy, well laid out expressways and easy and convenient, ever-growing Metro system

one day in enshi grand canyon and one day in flying dragon cave fitted our time plan just right despite rainy conditions. if we could have one more day, we could utilize more. otherwise, I recommend an early wake up to finish enshi grand canyon all in one day.

I am a foreign resident of Wuhan, and as it is such a big city, going for a one-night staycation is popular with foreigners in Wuhan and throughout China. There is plenty to see in Wuhan. The Optics Valley area is developing rapidly and has mixed urban and rural developments for leisure; there are many Taoist and Buddist temples worth visiting and walking around the old Concession area, and walking around the many lakes and riverside trails is popular, especially East Lake. It isn't Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Shenzhen, or Guangzhou, to name a few. Wuhan is a real blend of many well-known China cities. A long weekend is strongly recommended. Covid gave the city a very undeserved reputation but life has moved on come and visit, it'll be worth it.

East Lake is fabulous. I love the green road.

East Lake is fabulous. I love the green road. I biked all day -- no cars on this road. There are many top universities not far from East Lake. On another trip, I visited a famous temple which was quite interesting. I can't speak for the west side of the city. Didn't spend much time there.
