It was much larger than I expected, very quiet on our floor (10th). We were there for five days, studio unit. It was kept very clean with daily housekeeping, bed was comfy, bathroom spotless, room had everything needed. Didn’t get to try breakfast as we were jet-lagged and kept sleeping in. Would definitely stay again, an excellent value option. Used DiDi to get around city and they picked up from street in front of hotel easily. Nice little Family Mart on same block with essentials. Hotel has drop off spot in foyer for food delivery, and unit has basic kitchenette if you want to cook. The hotel has superb rooms and facilities with a fantastic indoor pool, gym and sauna. The rooms was decorated with great care and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start of the day. Finally, the staff was just superb, very attentive and thoughtful during the whole stay adding continuous personal touches to our stay. Immaculate. Everything is new and in good working order. The rooms are beautiful. The staff so accommodating. We got an upgrade just because, we never even had to ask. The location is perfect. A 2 min walk to line 14 Xeipu station. From here you can access all the attractions. It's quiet here, you can hire Hello Bikes through Alipay. They are about £0.40 for an hour. You can cycle all the way down the park/river edge. No cars there. There is a 7/11 right at the base of the hotel. We had a huge balcony and great views. If I ever return to Shanghai I will definitely stay here. Just perfect. Don't expect great WiFi anywhere really. It's China. The whole country is a bit sketchy for westerners. But it's no bother.
