Their friendly and attentive service made our time by the pool unforgettable. They crafted delightful cocktails and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our stay. If you ever find yourself at Hotel Grand Park, I highly recommend checking out the poolside bar. The ambiance is perfect for relaxation, and the staff will ensure you have an amazing time. Don’t forget to tip them – they genuinely deserve it for their hard work and fantastic service. We had a crib for my niece ready in the room before arrival. The restaurant staff were willing to make substitutions to the menu to accommodate our food sensitivities. The bell boy got to know us and took care of us every time we went out. It was truly a 5-star experience with very reasonable prices (at least coming from Canada, where we would've paid so much more for this quality!) Bogota, like other places in Colombia, is steeped in cautious optimism for the future. Everywhere we saw people, representing Colombia's mix of cultures, interacting with us and each other with friendliness and creative energy. We recommend the Graffiti tour, Monserrate, and museums - Oro, Nacional & Botero. Walking around Candelaria and nearby neighborhoods is magical. Traffic is horrible and there is only bus service (no metro like Medellin and other more comparable cities). Give yourself ample time for transport if you're visiting the city. A 12km ride at 0700 from the airport to another part of the city took almost 2 hrs. The drive back at 1000 took 75 minutes. Good food. Helpful people. Wonderful museums.
