The hotel has a good location with a well developed infrastructure (shops, restaurants, public transport) and polite English speaking staff, check-in experience was smooth and took less than 5 min. The room was politely upgraded to the one on top floor with terrace and a view. The room was equipped with everything expected from a 4 start hotel: towels, mini bar, safe lockbox, flat TVs and comfy bad with nice pillows. The AC worked well, while in the bath - it had a heated floor. Breakfast experience was top notch; dozens of different courses and drinks and a large accommodating dining hall. Beautiful city, some lovely places to visit...but I found it over-run with tourists, which made it very busy! We did some of the normal historical sites, but also did the National Gallery instead of the National Museum and I can highly recommend it. We loved the wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. All the main attractions were walking distance of the hotel - even walked to the cemetery where the composers Dvorak and Smetana were buried (2.3 miles from the hotel ).
