Great and charming hotel in a small town, with very nice and gentle staff and a wonderful restaurant. We arrived by bus from Miltenberg and the bus stop is in front of the hotel, on the main avenue. The hotel is close to the road that takes us to Engelberg - just behind it. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was completely renovated and elegant, while the bedroom was in a cosy old style. The owner was a gentleman and helped us a lot, even taking us to the train station when we left. The restaurant was of a high standard, unexpected for a small town, we had a delicious and excellent dinner. The breakfast room was typical and charming and the breakfast was delicious with German bread and cakes. I will probably return to Grossheubach in the future and stay in the same place.

Great environment. The kids had a great time feeding the goats with tree leaves, watching little cows, feeling the countryside. Besides, the room was perfect, fully equipped. And the family running the business, so adorable. A great experience!!!!!!

The hotel is adjacent to the motorway and next door a petrol station. Following a 600-mile journey, it is ideally placed with safe parking spaces. The staff are friendly and helpful, booking is stress free. The room was clean, and the beds were most comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were as expected - German quality never disappoints. We enjoyed our overnight stay and continued our journey in the morning refreshed. We will revisit in future.

Felt amazing living in an ancient and one of the most photographed buildings in Miltenberg. The Hotel is located adjacent to the church and a stone throw away from the Main river. The suite was beautiful with a quaint covered balcony. Everything about the place felt really old and historic. Breakfast was good. The staff were very nice. Would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in Miltenberg.

    Wanted to order the room with bunkbeds but not available. Got there and was already allocated them because of traffic problems. Staff very accommodating and helpful. The room was amazing, very clean, great views and so much space. The quote this shower is huge! Breakfast table all arrange with name allocated and a wide selection to choose from. The coffee was actually great... Definitely recommend not just for a stop over.

    Absolutely fantastic! It's a wonderful, magical part of Germany, nestled in a forest with a fantastic play area indoor and outdoor for kids, in a fairytale like town.     Very quiet, clean and comfortable. The restaurant next door was closed for renovation but the receptionist recommended an outstanding restaurant only a short drive away - so good that we went directly there on our way back through. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Another great stay; great food, lovely staff, beautiful surrounding and nice playground for the kids. My recommendation would be to invest in the rooms, a bit outdated and in summertime airconditioning would be nice.

    I have already recommended this location to others. The cutest town. We were only going to stay for a day but ended up staying an additional day to see some sights we missed. I think a day and a half is perfect for the amazing town of Miltenberg

    Milenberg is a very good place to stay if you are travelling one of the Autobahns (A3 or A7) and are looking for a nice stop-over. Very charming town with lots of restaurants and old houses. If you have time - take a one hour cruise on the river Main
