Reception staff and house cleaning staff were very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We had an issue in our room, and the reception staff changed our room immediately with an upgraded room. We can not forget that they gave us upgraded room on a small complaint. Staff gave us very much respect and tried to help us throughout our stay. I thank all the staff from my heart. We absolutely loved our staying at Triumph Plaza Hotel. Entire place is just breathtaking, from marble floors and walls to great chandelier in the lobby. Our room was clean, comfortable and cooled down. What we loved the most is the staff that was very hospitable and efficient. The dinner was excellent, so was the waiter. We had to check out early in the morning since our flight was at 4 a.m. and we had help from night receptionist, parking attendant and porter. We would especially like to thank Rahma who was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Very comfortable for transit flights, transfer to/from the airport is available, I had an upgrade and complimentary late check-out, reception staff was extremely nice, I liked the room, it was big and quite, I liked complimentary fruits in the room-that was as well for the late dinner, as I arrived late at night. Cairo is a wonderful and fascinating city. It is very safe to walk around - little to no petty crime. The people are wonderful once you get used to the aggressiveness of some vendors. (Just smile and say "no" and keep your smile - they can be persistent but I just joke with them) Look up info on the city before you go - I found "Gventures" on YouTube entertaining and informative.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .
