Spacious and green. This hotel is a botanical garden, lots of different plants, you casually encounter growing bananas, mangos, etc. The reception (and main restaurant) is in a huge multi-level dome with plants, small ponds and stone walls - it looks incredible. Food was amazing, the variety and quality was much better then most other hotels we've stayed before. Staff was friendly, but that's pretty much the standard now. What made it exceptional is that after showing us the room they offered to join the extra bed with ours (our 2yo child sleeps with us, so we didn't want a crib) and install a barrier on one side - after this we had a huge triple bed and were able to sleep comfortably (much better than at home). The pools aren't huge, but aren't small either. There is a separate pool for small children (50cm deep), but in the big one depth was increasing slowly, so our kid could go a few meters in before it started getting too deep. It also wasn't crowded (visiting mid-June) and sunbeds + umbrellas were plentiful and available at any time. Overall it was one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we didn't expect it to be THAT GOOD when we booked. We're not the "come to the same place twice" kind of people, but here we will visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and remarkably comfortable. The location is the best you can get, 5 minutes walk to Amadores beach. I stayed at Veintiuno Las Palmas during my solo trip to Gran Canaria and it was one of the most relaxing and stylish places to stay. Its a small design-focused boutique hotel and you really feel that attention to detail from the moment you step in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, discreet and professional. They really make you feel looked after. I had a room that faced the front of the hotel with a small balcony. It was lovely to open and look across to the Cathedral. I was able to watch the sunrise and sunset. I loved that breakfast was included. There was a limited selection of savory and sweet, but the food itself was delicious - you could have one of each option. The small, intimate rooftop pool was exactly what I needed after a day of exploring. Due to location, there was no on-site parking, however they have an agreement with a particular parking lot, which works out 12 euros daily. Overall it is ideal for solo travelers or couples who value peace and thoughtful design.

I have been to Puerto de la Cruz twice and stayed in opposite ends of the town just to see a different side. It's quite a big place and plenty there to see. Lovely narrow streets to wonder in, craggy sea front which is fab and a lovely long walk up to Loro Park. The only thing is it's a bit of a trek from Tenerife South Airport and if you are waiting on a transfer that's delayed or hit peak traffic then an hour and a half journey can take 4hrs :( But it's a lovely resort and if you can fly into Tenerife North airport all the better

The Hotel Volcano is in a great Location, it is a great place to visit, we will be definitely returning next year and for the foreseeable future holidays. I would definitely recommend the Tuk, Tuk tour. It’s gives you a better feel for this beautiful place in playa de Las Americas. I found this place to be very clean, tidy and very Welcoming!!

La Caleta is much nicer than Adeje, less commercial, quieter and much more peaceful. Plenty of diverse bar and restaurants. Pleasant to walk around without the hustle and bustle of Adeje. Having said that, Adeje is within walking distance.

We had great weather which always makes a holiday, Beach was clean and the sea was great. Huge selection of bars and restaurants all of which offer very good value for money. Puerto del Carmen hits the spot for a good value for money holiday

This area is full of hotels and bungalows, restaurants, very touristy area, beach, sand dunes. If you looking for a bit of history, i would go to Las Palmas. But for pure holiday - Playia de Ingles is a nice area to stay. Bus system is good, and not expensive, we managed to get around the island by bus and do some sightseeing.

Corralejo is a wonderful town with a peaceful, laid-back vibe that makes it the perfect place to unwind. Santa Cruz de Tenerife doesn’t have much of nightlife, almost everything was closed at 21:30-22:00 and there were no people outside either we were on the center of the town or near the plaza. BUT, The island in general is worth it. If you can get outside and go see other towns - villages, it is definitely worth it and be prepared for breathtaking sights, views and amazing monuments. There are a lot sightseeings worth visiting, but Santa Cruz de Tenerife on its own is just not worth it that much (and the parking there is literally impossible)

We loved to be 10 minutes drive away from the very touristic...

We loved to be 10 minutes drive away from the very touristic area of Maspalomas and instead enjoy the view of maspalomas dune from the mountains. We enjoyed the drive to Pico de Nieves. The mountains are wonderful. Canyons and then pine trees. The view from Pico de Nieves and through the journey there is incredible. The dunes deserve a visit as well as puerto de mogan. But the mountains are a paradise.

We loved it here.

We loved it here. The quieter part of the island but easy to get around by bus. Lots of nice restaurants and a really relaxed friendly vibe. Also lots of activities around of that what you want to do.
