- From US$728.77 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 61 reviewsI practically never write reviews, but this place truly deserves it! 🙌🏻 It was a real escape from the hustle and bustle of city life—starting with the journey to the hotel. A tiny serpentine road winds into the mountains, passing through a beautiful forest straight out of a fairytale. The views were breathtaking, the rooms spacious, the food excellent, and the atmosphere incredibly romantic—calm and quiet. I slept like a baby. I absolutely loved that breakfast was served in the room—no need to rush in the morning. Just wake up and enjoy the moment with your partner. We stayed for two nights but wished we had booked a bit longer. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all our needs, even after we checked out. They managed to secure a reservation for us at a three-star Michelin restaurant—something we thought was impossible!Guest review bySnezhanaUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 752 reviewsOur first stay in a parador and it was really amazing. They have done a formidable job of renovating the building while keeping it looking like an old castle. The restaurant was excellent and much better than others in Olite. The breakfast was also great as they cook the hot food to order so you get it freshly prepared. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You can't beat the location as it is practically part of the Olite palace. Our room was really charming with a pair of 4 poster beds and a little sitting area.Guest review byDeeCeezzAustralia

We were blown away by the quality of the finishes, the design, the views, the comfort of the rooms, the staff and the customer service .. truly wonderful! As for the food, well what can I say - fantastic, unbelievably good - at least as good as the best of the best. We ate at Le Gavroche in London in December and the food here was at least as good. The wine was exceptional too - we couldn’t leave without buying a box and some gin and some oil too - what a place! We could move in!Guest review byDianeUnited Kingdom

The Hospederia Chapitel hotel, the absence of the air-conditioning that they promised on their Booking.Com booking page (during the very hot day we had with them on 12 May), and their utter lack of responsiveness about that (while we were there and since) ruined our experience of Estella.Guest review byGrantNew Zealand - 10.0

After 6 days of passing through very small towns on the Camino Aragones, Puente la Reina had a nice buzz and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Olite is a very charming and unspoiled by tourism.
Olite is a very charming and unspoiled by tourism. The attraction in this town is the castle, which is spectacular. There are a few churches that are quite historic. Don't expect a lot of shops and bustling. The main plaza empties out at 8 pm. if you want to visit a vineyard make an appointment because they are not open to the public.Guest review byCristinaUnited States - 6.0

The receptionist (man) spoke ZERO English and the website states a washer is available for pilgrims which is super important but he advised us that was NOT the case. Hotel restaurant was just OK, not a lot of options and limited hoursGuest review bySusanUnited States - 10.0
Beautiful city and people.
Beautiful city and people. It is a Jewel in Camino de Santiago. The best is just walk through the streets and get lost finding all amazing historical treasures this city offers. From its magnificent Church of Santa María (with so many treasures including the burial of Cesra Borgia), but with its amazing welcoming flare, wee you can find a place to sit to pray, admire or just have a moment of solace and peace. The Plaza Mayor, the old Walls and Church, the Monastery, the houses and their balconies, the restaurants and the vibrant life in the Calle Mayor.Guest review byLauraPanama - 10.0

We have been here many times and enjoy the size and the people of Estella. There are many small restaurants and places to eat. The town is walkable and the Plazas always seem to have lots of activity. The people are very nice. Spanish also Basque are the primary languages. Not everyone speaks English so brush up your skills and pull out Google translate if you need to. From about March through October/November you will find many pilgrims walking the Camino Francés with backpacks. This is a very old town with many beautiful churches and a beautiful park along the river. Bus service to Pamplona and Logroño are easy to access. Taxis are also availableGuest review byKathyUnited States
