AMAZING STAFF with a smile than never leaves their beautiful faces. :) They are always ready to help. I loved their hospitality, from the reception desk till the cleaning lady. I stayed for a whole week, and I have never felt more at home. <3 The best part is that the hotel is a walking distance from all the malls, Edna mall, Selam city mall, friendship store and hypermarket... <3 And... you have got to check out their lounge on the 9th floor... The best stay ever. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Lema yirefu and the most wonderful night manager Mr: Tilahun, this man is amazing, he is smart and knows how to deliver 5 stars service, I think you are lucky to have such spectacular employee. I would like also to thank all the restaurants staff. If you are coming to Addis Ababa, I would highly recommend you to stay in Bon Royal and meet those amazing staff. All the best

Clean, good location, nice staff. Good customer service,room cleaning everyday. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food, waiters service excellent. Shuttle service very quickly. I forgot my suite case at the Airport and Driver help me a lot to pickup then I forget my backpack during departure, I called the hotel and Driver brought it back to me @the Airport right away. I will recommend this to my friends and social media contacts.

Great place with just what we needed for a short lay over. Great location! Transfers were appreciated to and from airport (even at middle night hours) and our driver was very nice. The lovely team member at reception made our entry and exit of hotel east and pleasant, and she was happy to assist us and making sure we were up early enough to make our early hours flight. Thank you team Lobelia :)

Be prepared for lots of holes in the sidewalks , and people begging/soliciting . We always felt slightly uneasy when going for a walk , and the many construction sites have you walking in the street with seemingly inconsiderate drivers . We spent more time in the hotel because walking around wasn't enjoyable .

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.

Despite that it was really rainy, we managed to go to Unity Park, Entot Park, Technology Museum, visit the Palace Museum and went shopping for traditional clothing at Shiro Meda and the leather market. I definitely recommend the palace museum visit.
