So modern and beautiful. Nem lounge building its amazing and breakfast was so nice. Amazing cozy atmosphere. But you definitely need a car as its in the middle of nowhere.

Great hotel in the center of Levi. We got room upgrade for free. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly personnel. Spa was not included in room rate but the hotel offer very good price if you are leaving here. Spa also was very good. Would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel had everything we wanted. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. The self serve laundry room was free and we also had a drying closet in our room, which was nice to dry the mittens and hats after playing in the snow.

Before getting there we read reviews about noise in the hotel, I really cannot say anything around that, if not that the room as well as the full floor (3rd) was very quiet and it was pleasant to sleep there. Location is great close to the center as well as to the slopes. The staff is helpful and ready to help. Breakfast was good. Moreover, the hotel owns various restaurants close by where you can go to have dinner. I very much recommend this hotel, it was the cheapest in our trip to Lapland and still one of the best, and definitely the one with the best staff.

We liked everything about the hotel the staff was amazing especially mona in the reception and the cleaning stuff greeting us with warm smiles and good mornings.We also loved the breakfast a lot of choices.

Fairytale surroundings, a lot of snow, a very pretty village, relaxed people, polite and helpful.The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the village ,close to the slopes, plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.The staff is very nice and helpful. A big hug for Hanna from the reception who bailed us out in the morning when our flight was postponed and we had to come back to the hotel. She helped us ,canceling our checkout and let us go back to our room . Who would do that? Remarkable!Thank you Hanna, we'll never forget you!

Both the breakfast and the dinner were first rate. Exceeding hotels with more stars. All staff were very friendly and happy to tell more about the place. Our room was cosy and clean.
