All of stuff were warm and nice and treat us like family. They did everything to make our stay fun and smooth and acutually they made our stay double enjoyable. Couldn't be that wonderful without any one of them and can't thank them enough. No complain at all but only grateful to the wonderful services by them. A villeageis just next to, local experience can be promising too!Guest review byMegumiJapan
- From US$133.16 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.8Good - What previous guests thought, 396 reviewsI came for a wedding at the Shangri La and travelled alone. Gecko resort is perfectly located a short walk to the hotel. They were incredibly welcoming of a female solo traveller and nothing was too much trouble from letting me my room early to letting me keep the room til late for my evening return flight. Clean comfortable rooms - best nights sleep. Evening entertainment and excellent food, drink and cocktails. A little gem if you are touring Fiji make sure you add it to your list.Guest review byNicolaUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 226 reviewsWe were placed on beach front. Bura was just the right size for a couple, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable, fresh towels when needed tea and coffee facilities provided staff were so friendly and helpful. It was located off the main road but if you needed a lift to road staff would take you , anything you needed just ask !!!! When we left staff sang us a traditional Fiji song to wish us well on our way , it was so touching.Guest review bySandraUnited Kingdom
- From US$143.61 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 478 reviewsSuper friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic entertainment, beautiful sunsets and good food! Days with little to no day tourists are an absolute blast, as you virtually have the island to yourself and can hang out with the staff (e.g. at a bonfire). Would recommend to anyone and go back again!Guest review byJoelSwitzerland

Recommend hiring a car so you can get around and explore when you want too. We visited many sites around Sigatoka and beyond. We ate at many different places and had lots of swims. Each resort we visited offered different things however we loved being at The Crows Nest.Guest review byAnonymous - 4.0

A beautiful beach spoilt by floating litter and rubbish in the water. I have seen this often around the world and understand that it is a side effect of a bigger issue. I consider myself quite resilient but did not feel comfortable swimming here. Would be a good photo op if not intending to swim.Guest review byAdamAustralia - 10

We loved the area as it was not too busy, Maui Bay had a supermarket, open area restaurants and the Indian/Thai restaurant on the main road was amazing. We hired a car for 4 days and saw lots of the area and met many locals and found some great swimming spots that had lots of sand without too many rocks/corals.Guest review byAnthonyAustralia - 10
Overall, it was a great trip.
Overall, it was a great trip. Several onsite restaurants catered to all types of palette, friendly staff, good food and beautiful resort. Lagoon water was warm and great for a light swim/dip. We stayed in a lagoon facing burre - great views and lovely room. Infinity pool, Fish bar was the highlight of the trip.Guest review byManiNew Zealand - 10

This is a great option for those not wanting a smaller island holiday. Allow a good hour to transfer to/from Nadi Airport. If you're wanting to visit a local town, Sigatoka isn't that far away. Take a taxi, go to the local market and look around the shops.Guest review bySusanNew Zealand - 8.0

Sigatoka sand Dunes National Park well worth a visit, exceptional landscape & heritage significance; a number of well maintained trails lead out from the visitor centre, with attractive coastline and mature beach forest to the west (plenty fruit bats at dusk!). The place is easily accessible from Sigatoka town , with regular, cheap mini buses running along the highway. If your'e into archaeology, like me, there's also the Tavuni hill fort located close by, besides Naroro village in the lower Sigatoka Valley.Guest review byStefanAustralia - 10

Great location, around 1hr 40min from Nadi airport. similar distance to Suva. Safe beach and great pool. Plenty of activities for adults and kids. Village tour was informative and a small glimpse into village life.Guest review byChristopherNew Zealand - 10
We had a great stay!
We had a great stay! The room was superb — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. As locals, we really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Ed, the Manager, was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway without having to travel far. Highly recommended for both locals and visitors looking for a relaxing stay.Guest review byJane - 8.0
Lovely village with friendly people on a great beach.
Lovely village with friendly people on a great beach. Food in the resort is not great and there is no where else to eat within walking distance. I would hire a car and then visit some other places to eat. Its quite a way off the main road and you would need a taxi to get there but then you can use bus system.Guest review byJoNew Zealand - 10

I have been to both Suva & Nadi and definitely think this area is much better. Good range of places to stay. Great beach especially where we stayed (Bedarra Inn). Sigatoka is the home of rugby & 7's and the locals are awesome.Guest review byGRACENew Zealand
