They arranged adjacent rooms for me & my wife and my daughter & son - great for a family break. Great full bath in both ensuites. Plush nightgowns. Fridge. Coffe maker. Great wifi.     We travelled from Calais with one over night stop. The property is fabulous the best art deco hotel outside of New York. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a balcony room with a view of the mountains. The restaurant was really good the food was excellent. The walk to the town is no more than 5 minutes: the station is about 15mins in te car with direct trains to Geneva. Definitely recommend. We hope to come back next year.

    Ideal to sleep over and access cities around. Annecy is lovely and Geneve has a lot to offer but you can also easily go to Evian, or even other cities in Switzerland like Lausanne, in little time. The train station has a lot of trains throughout the day that are punctual.

    It is a perfect location for someone who wants to live close to Geneva. It is very peaceful and quiet, although it's developing fast. It's my perfect location, close to the mountain tracks and ski slopes. Great pubs and delicious croissants. There is everything one may need and much cheaper than in Geneva.

    I don't recommend the room was so tiny even 1-person can't stay. In the room picture they mentioned 3 beds, but it was bunker bed. Travelling was big issue and no public transport available in time and i cont. get uber many times. It was my worst experience.

    Location was very good. Very close to the bus stop and the bus which took me right up to Cornavin. Very scenic and quiet place. Breakfast at the hotel a bit limiting, though the dinner was very good.

    Bus 60 (formaly known as "F") and 61 will take you back/...

    Bus 60 (formaly known as "F") and 61 will take you back/forth to Geneva and Palias des Nations within 10-15 minutes, and to Cornavin train station in about 20 minutes (obviously also depends on the traffic). Bus 66 connect to Geneva airport (Swiss side) in less than 10 minutes

    Annemasse is located near border with Switzerland.

    Annemasse is located near border with Switzerland. A border town, poorly maintained, not giving good vibes. At the time we visited, there were a lot of road works in progress, making it hard to navigate with car. We could not drive to our apartment. We could not find safe parking place. Only option we found was with monthly payment, we needed for four days/nights. We ended up going to different place for our trip time.

    Very nice place to stay.

    Very nice place to stay. Home away from home and is situated ideally in a nice neighbor hood. Within walking distance to resturants in the area, a food store, good shopping for clothing, wines, chocolates, etc. The apartment space that we rented was comfortable and well layed out.
