To be honest it's a great hotel at a very good price. Location is 10 minutes walk from metro/train station a huge shopping gallery with Auchan as big as I've never seen before. The hotel was nice, clean and comfy, and the breakfasts were great. Tea, coffee, water and juices available 24/7 at the lobby. We will be back!

CitizenM never fails to meet my expectations. They might have small rooms and be a bit pricey (compared to others) but the experience is always great. I keep coming back over and over. CitizenM La Defense has great access to public transport and a very nice location. I would also highlight the breakfast, which we weren't initially having and then decided to. Excellent selection. And as always, amazing staff: multilingual, attentive, engaged and overall great!

Everything was exceptionally good. Staff super friendly. Sylvie was amazing, quite approachable and helpful ,Benoit etc. All the front office staff were good. Alejandro the porter,(not sure of the name ) . Enzo at the skyline bar ; great service and all the staff there were great.The cocktails were so delectable 😋😋. Breakfast : Ahmed the chef !!Salue. Can’t recall everyone’s name but … 🤩🥳merci beacoup to all of them !! Attention to detail is what I liked the most and was the trait amongst all the staff. Keep up the good job! Will definitely be back ☺️😊

For a 3 star hotel in Paris we had a great experience. Hotel rooms in Paris are small but our room for 3 had enough space. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super, very efficient and friendly.

    Location was amazing for an event at the arena. Parking was fantastic! It fit my SUV perfectly and it was safe and secured. Neighborhood fee;s safe and welcoming. It felt like the living among locals, as in this is where Parisians really live. Metro station (line1) a simple walk away. There was a mall nearby as well. Hotel was easily accessible from the highway. Staff was incredibly friendly, room service was very attentive, the room was very comfortable. I loved everything about staying here!

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is residential, quiet street, so no noise at all. Also, we we did not hear any noise from the rooms around.     This place is lovely and clean. The bed is super comfortable and it has everything inside the apartment that you would need for your stay in Paris. It’s a short but ride to La Defence and it has a supermarket close by and the cakes in the bakery across the road are amazing. It’s a great place to stay

    The reception boy - Malek is the super sweet guy, offered a coffee, was super helpful and smiling, had great conversation, booked a place just to have few hours in Paris, very close to the bus station that goes to buveaus, and price for location is very convenient.

    Great location 3 minutes from RER C which is 9 stops from the Eiffel Tower. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower thanks to the fantastic lady on reception. Excellent value for money with very secure underground parking. Also nice to be out of the centre and quieter.

    Good place to stay. Easy transportation to the city center. It's helpful to buy a card for transportation to cover duration of stay. Several places around to eat and drink. There are places round the corner for groceries. Paris has got several interesting places to visit for the whole family. Beware of pickpocket in public places.

    The airport taxi driver charged me €100, when it was posted all over the airport that it should.be around €65 only, the meter was on but the driver could not speak English, and I was too tired to argue after a 15 hour flight, so i just paid so as not to ruin my vacation

    Puteaux is beautiful, clean, safe and quiet. It is a lovely place to sit with coffee and watch the world go by if you want a break from the crowds of Paris city centre. Check out the beautiful gardens at Maison du Droit Et De La Famille. For Pizza and pasta you cant beat 'I gusti d'Italia on Rue de Verdun.

    Property is good ,near to RER station so easy to travel to Eiffel tower or Disneyland . superstores and bakery right across the Property so super convenient Property is clean. only issue was the not a single door closes properly. only toilet door and main door and outer door close ,while bathroom door does not close nor can be locked. i had seen the same comment before taking the hotel but i felt the Property must have acted on it as it was 6 months old comment. pl repair the doors of all rooms and bathroom.

    Room was great, flat was great and we were very welcomed. There is a huge balcony with jacuzzi (at the right time of the year). The kitchen is superb, high specs everywhere. Car parking was a blessing, although getting into the parking has been a bit of a nightmare. This was also due to us arriving a few hours earlier than expected so we had to follow instructions via mobile phone and video clips (clever). Definitely would love o come back.

    Although my main reason for visiting Bois-Colombes was to meet friends who live there, it is a fun place to visit, especially on Saturdays when the street market is in full swing. Also you will find a good diverse choice of restaurants (though allow for many closing on Sunday evenings).

    Its not central Paris but from La Defense you get everywhere super fast. Also the shopping mall is open late and has a food court, so its very convenient. Very safe place, even late night i felt safe walking with my kid.

    We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, primarily because of its proximity to la Défense arena, where we were attending a concert. The location was ideal being about 15 minutes easy walk from the venue. The area itself was heavily populated by students and a lot of the eateries were geared towards this clientele. However, we ate in a close by bistro called the marquerite on both nights of our stay and it was good. Gare du nord Paris is very accessible from the nearby train station with just one transfer. The same goes for Charles de gaule airport.

    It was 1 of a few area's that claimed to be wheelchair friendly and actually was , unlike many others . As a loan woman I felt safe in the area , which had local market shops , pharmacy and many different varieties of restaurants and bars all within a short walk away .The only improvement that I felt could be made was a dishcloth in the room for guests to wash up and the floor area could of been cleaner ( it wasn't a problem just an observation) . I highly recommend Au Cadran Bleu , just 2 streets away , fantastic food served after 6pm until late every day lovely cocktails ( the bar is open in the day just not the kitchen ) the staff have a great sense of humour.. There is a pharmacy and convenience shop very close by on the main road
