- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 114 reviewsThe service and generosity of the hotel were exceptional — multiple staff knew my name and room number off by heart and they were always extremely courteous and helpful. We were gifted many items to use and keep, including pyjamas, eye masks, a hat, and tote bag, even though we were only staying for one night. The toiletries were extremely high quality and the minibar was completely free and refillable. We were gifted a gorgeous fan and a beautiful embossed card for turndown service (as a designer, I can see how much time, care, and resources they've put into all these items), and when we departed, we received a customised luggage tag each, water, laduree mararons, stickers, and even wet wipes for the trip home. I had told the hotel we were celebrating my mum's birthday, and they had prepared a small cake for her. We booked dinner at the main restaurant, La Table de la Bastide, and even though we didn't notify them about the birthday, they knew and prepared a candle on a dessert for her. We've stayed at many luxury hotels before, but nowhere else have we been able to experience this kind of attention to detail. The food we had at La Table was fantastic. The staff do a wonderful job of separating children from the adult crowd (including having multiple pools for this reason). The main pool is beautiful, the towels powder-soft and cushiony. There was a photographer on site who took photos of guests. I could not recommend Airelles La Bastide, and the other hotels under the Airelles brand, more.Guest review byYa YuanHong Kong
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 32 reviewsSpacious, clean, so many facilities for us to use, loved that it was a whole villa to ourselves and it was private although there were other villa’s around it was still like like our own private home. Every bedroom had a ensuite, balcony, garden view. The pool, the outdoor area, the garage, the washing machine and dryer, the kitchen and kitchenware was great, living area was comfortable and great for a family esp with dinning area. We loved our stay here! It feels like it away from the city but it’s still a 5-10min drive away so it was a perfect hideaway.Guest review byMeleNew Zealand

Beautiful decor, amazing facilities, a great sensitivity for the volume of the space. Attentive staff, wonderful location, clear, quiet, nice guests, excellent restaurants and good. While the hotel was full, it never felt busy, a very impressive accomplishment. Spa is fantastic, we had a number of treatments. I 100% will be staying again.Guest review byCubitSwitzerland

Our room had a window with a view to the valley and was beautiful. Staff was fantastic and gracious. The outdoor patio was a beautiful place for wine in the evenings. The pool looked nice, however it rained with we were staying there. Great to have a parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.Guest review byJillUnited States

Lovely town with a number of great restaurants.
Lovely town with a number of great restaurants. September was a good month to travel as the town was not over busy with tourists. From our accommodation it was easy to walk into town, so didn't require to use the car. Parking is limited in the town itself.Guest review byPAULNew Zealand - 8.0
Perfect place to explore Provence, it's right in the middle.
Perfect place to explore Provence, it's right in the middle. In the town you will find the basics: supermarket, some restaurants, others. The old towncenter is nice, and late afternoon (not on marketday) we found good parking facilities. Tip: google maps doesn't know that some streets in the old town are closed and it navigates inside impossible places. It's better to park next to the river and walk 3 minutes to the center.Guest review byPéterHungary - 10.0

Lively and lots of interesting ateliers and little shops as well as bars and restaurants. Parking outside the village is free and it is a short walk to the centre of things. The surrounding countryside & villages are also very attractive, but a car is essential.Guest review byJoanneAustralia - 8.0

Pertuis is an unglamorous, normal, quite large village located not far from interstate A51, the vertical highway that divides the eastern and western halves of inland Provence. From Pertuis, it was easy to get to both our westernmost destinations (i.e., Avignon) and our easternmost destinations (i.e., the Gorges du Verdon), as well as to Aix-en-Provence to the south, yet the village was completely non-touristy. I would definitely stay there again.Guest review byLindaUnited States - 10.0

Definitely rent a car from the airport and try and do it straight through your airline. It’s very hard to get a taxi though I believe there is uber. Having a car means you can visit Gordes and other local towns and markets.Guest review byLauraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bonniuex is the most beautiful and lively of all the towns in this region. There is so much to explore, and so much history to see… we went to other towns and were always glad that we stayed in Bonnieux and only day tripled to the others… don’t look anywhere else to stay and if you do, make sure you spend a day in Bonniuex.Guest review byMatt StewartAustralia - 10.0
It’s a charming french village.
It’s a charming french village. The best croissant aux amandes, best croq monsieur (a french version of ham and cheese sandwich), best ice cream. I have tried the lavande and the framboise flavors. Excellent! And a bonus surprise: I discovered a barista shop, for coffee lovers! The best double expresso I ever had! I am from Brazil and I drink coffee everyday. The best of the best was in Forcalquier. A hidden gem!Guest review byCarla Frohmuller AndradeBrazil - 8.0

A great base for exploring the Luberon Region. Manosque has several attractive pedestrian streets, with elegant stores and friendly bars. Several good French and Italian restaurants in the town center, as well as along the "ring road" that circles the town. Two beautiful and historic chrches in the town center that are worth a visit.Guest review byDAVIDFrance - 8.0

It is a pretty town in a lovely location, but it is overwhelmed with the commercial side of tourism. I enjoyed it, but I think my return to the area would be for the locale rather than the town itself.Guest review byShaneJapan
