Breakfast was exceptional, they did everything to our specific preferences! The breakfast room was very sweet.

Perfect location for us as we wanted to visit some national trust properties. Beautiful hotel with lovely lounge areas & the garden was fab. Hotel bedroom & bathroom was good size & very comfortable. All staff were extremely pleasant & helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good & we had evening meal for 2 nights as well - all good.

This is a beautiful place in a great location. My son and I enjoyed sitting in the sun, next to the river, drinking lager after a hard day's riding at the Dave Thorpe Honda Off-road Centre. The staff and other guests were really friendly, the food was excellent and the rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The gentleman who checked us in was empathetic and went out of his way to give us a more suitable room. Chris, who served us breakfast the next morning told us about a fabulous bus service that took us to the sights so that we could have a driving break! The king room was fabulous and had a bath. Could have stayed longer had we not committed to other places 😭

The Bath Hotel offers a superb location, in the heart of the village and directly opposite Lynmouth Harbor and the Lyn River. An excellent breakfast is served every morning.
