The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely sincere. They supported us in every aspect of our needs, both during the meeting and throughout our stay. It was clear they truly enjoy their work, and their positive energy made all the difference. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality — they made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was spotless, centrally located, and the rooms were excellent. The complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries were also a lovely touch. We truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Everything was absolutely amazing. I went for the Comic Con, and I had the view exactly towards the building itself. It was very satisfying. The room was clean , the bed comofrtable, and I did love the streaming option for the TV. The internet was great! I had an iron in the room, which is super comfortable. The breakfast was awesome! I loved evey minute of my stay there. November will go again! I'm pretty sure Dale Cooper would love that coffee! And the fact that i received a whole pot of coffee in the mornings.

Fantastic conversion that celebrates the old with the new. I like the dark corridors, although lots of others did not. Short taxi into town and beautiful place to relax and stay. Rooms are outstanding

    Really Vibrant City.

Really Vibrant City. There's plenty to see especially if you are a fan of The Beatles. The city certainly lives on the bands history. If you like football then you've a choice of the two big clubs or even a trip over the Mersey to Tranmere Rovers (our destination and a good day we had). The City seems to come alive at night and there are so many choices of places to eat, drink or dance the night away. A real mix of local people and tourists.

If you like walking, Southport is a feast for your feet!

If you like walking, Southport is a feast for your feet! Lots to do for all ages and interests. Theatre, cinema, shops, proper shopping centre and the more quaint diverse shops. Sea front is wonderful for kids and plenty of parks to just roam in. If you walk west a bit, there's a fabulous little train track for little and big kids (think adults). Only a short ride but stacks of fun. If you like social history too, just stop and look at the wonderful architecture and old big houses that shout of more wealthy times when Liverpool industrialists had their summer homes here. I went round the museum and the kids were loving it. Not an expensive place to visit...a little goldmine of charm for all ages!

Got there on the Sunday evening to find that the TV was not connected, tried to connect and the TV nearly fell off the brackets supporting it. Contacted the number given and was told someone would ring me back still waiting. Can back on the Monday to find not only was the TV not working I also had no electricity. Phoned again and again told someone would connect me (Still waiting of that call as well). Had to throw out the food I had brought and could not even have a shower. Would not use again if the last place in St Helens

We stayed at Knowsley as it was much more cost effective than 2 nights in similar accommodation in Liverpool. We were down for the Everton Man City game. Unfortunately neither of us drive and as buses don't Service the hotel at the weekend meant we had to rely on taxis. For anyone who drives the location is not a problem though. Visited a few of the local hostelries. Copperpot, Derby Arms and Vikings Landing all were very friendly places with good service. Prices for drinks are favourable compared to other cities.

Heswall is a friendly little town, with a good selection of small shops and eateries. Please do visit the book shop! From the outside it looks like any other shop, but step inside and you will be bowled over with what's on offer, which even includes a cafe. Heswall offers easy access to other destinations on The Wirrall, including the delightful West Kirby. It is a great spot to explore places further afield, such as North Wales, Chester and Liverpool.

Very clean . Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable. Not very warm especially dining room had to eat evening meal with coats on . Evening bar staff refused us a cup of coffee having already had one and then sent another person to their room to make one in their room and bring it back to their company sitting in the bar . And they were elderly. So not very good . Bar could of stayed open a little longer .... admittedly it was about 10.30pm but when you have been out and you need a nightcap in hotel even if just a cuppa not good .
