We had an amazing stay. The hotel was very central to all we wanted to see, gardens, castles, towns, Oxford and other sites. The room was huge with a very nice big comfortable bed. All the amenities were available in the room from coffee machine, kettle, bar fridge etc. The bathroom was great and almost bigger than the room itself (bathtub and shower). All was very clean. Thank you for a super stay.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. I love hotels with character - this definitely ticks the box. Lovely and peaceful and the staff were wonderful. Lovely food and drink. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at Arrow Mill again. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We like the location on the river and all the historic buildings. We have visited Stratford many times before and so did not visit the buildings this time, we had tickets Measure for Measure at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The production was very good, as always. There are various walking tours of the town on offer which would give one an idea of the important buildings to visit. One could do this first and then decide which to return to for a more in depth visit. Walks by the river are very pleasant.

Beautiful town with a fantastic castle to visit.

Beautiful town with a fantastic castle to visit. Warwick castle has to be the best castle to visit in the country. A lot of effort has been put into the presentation of the castle it is well worth a visit. Warwick town is very charming with plenty of small business shops to choose from. We went to the street party they had in July 2025 it was a great atmosphere in Warwick is very safe.

Kenilworth Castle is a wonderful place to visit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Likewise Kenilworth itself - there is not much left of the Abbey, but it is definitely worth a stroll through the well-kept and tranquil grounds. The shopping area is well served with a large variety of shops, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Another thing I noticed was that there are lots of benches where one can stop to rest.

Coleshill is a very old market town in a rural setting, currently being torn up and built over to accommodate HS2. The town has always been out on its own but the outer world and HS2 is bring it into the modern drama and noise.

Rugby is a pretty little town with some history. Most shopping is now in small retail estates on the outskirts, allowing for larger premises and stock. This means the towh centre has small cosy cafes drinking holes and a smattering of charity shops.

I've been to Nuneaton a couple of times now for Jiu-jitsu at Andre Ramos Nuneaton and the place is beautiful. It's got an amazing park for walks, the town centre is bustling with shops, restaurants and pubs. Anything you would need is there. The food is great, a huge variety of cuisines and overall a great place to visit

Fantastic location and beautifully furnished pod in the trees! We were on route to the Lakes. I called the location prior to booking to ensure I could have another person and the staff member dawn was very helpful indeed. It was well provided for with equipment and the pod was very warm and cosy. The location in the trees is lovely seeing little dears and lots of birds, sheep and animals around. I would have liked to have stayed and explored a bit more.

    Service was not good .

Service was not good . We waited long for check in and 3 times had to use my card as the Internet service was bad at reception and kept declining. Room was smelly and pillows were not comfy and old . No extra pillows provided in the room. At breakfast time waited ages for someone to book us but no one available so we went in to the dinning area . Then a staff member rudely asked what room we are in ! Explained no one was at the front desk so came in after waiting ages and also seen other couples face the same thing during breakfast time . The name of the hotel and what we seen advertised was not the same expectation.
