I can't emphasize enough how welcoming the reception staff Giorgi and Vakho were. Their warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay and it highlights how important first impressions are. Also, kudos to the cleaning lady, Marika – our suite was really spotless, reflecting a commitment to impeccable hygiene standards. The hotel boasts amazing facilities, including a beautiful pool, epic outdoor jacuzzi and a large sauna. The breakfast was nothing short of awesome, offering a good variety that catered to all tastes. Special thanks once again to Giorgi, Vakho and Marika, but also to the rest of the staff whose exceptional service added a personal touch to our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Not only a Hotel - it became my Georgian home. Probably the best hotel you can get in Stepantsminda! The hotel is relatively new, very stylishly furnished & clean rooms & bathrooms and is lovingly run by a family. Very warm and extremely helpful - you immediately feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful days with you, for your amazing hospitality, for your support with the questions I had and the many small kind gestures! You made my stay perfect! I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy to come back to the hotel every time. I can only warmly recommend the hotel!

    The view is just breathtaking! There is a bit walking up a steep mountain road, so pack light. However, it is more than worth the effort! We had all the necessary facilities and the joy of staying in touch with nature. Horses are roaming free around, the whole place is just magical. The girl at the reception was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy. Will definitely stay here again! Warmest recommendations!

    Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

    If you're craving solitude, Ardoti it a great place to relax. It is a remote village and a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach it. The Ardoti Guest House is isolated in the best way possible. Expect to eat the amazing food at the guest house and stay with the most welcoming family ever.

    In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

    The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

    Nice hike options, from very easy to intense ones, several routes to choose from, looks like plenty of horse riding available. Many people around main paths, huge climate/altitude steps, great views.
